Very friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast, and a perfect location—ideal whether you want to go skiing or visit the nearby shops. I would gladly stay here again.

Rude and dismissive - we left.

This is a very unusual review for me- a single star which is based entirely on the menu on line. The he service was so dismissive and rude that we did not stay to eat.
We have food intolerances: wheat, yeast and cow milk. The menu had several options which we thought would suit and we were looking forward to trying the restaurant.
I had failed to book online- the website led to booking of rooms rather than tables in the restaurant- yet on arrival there were three or four tables taken in a large conservatory area. There was plenty of space inside.
Hearing we had not booked , the second member of staff who addressed us ( the first had gone off muttering that she needed to ask if there was room) simply pointed at a small table right by the street opening and left us to it. Menus arrived, naturally German menus, and when I explained the problem with hefe, weizen und kuhmilch we were told that we obviously needed the English menu. This was accompanied by eye rolling and general huffing.
When we next spoke, I repeated the need for care and the response was ‘and yet you’ve not booked’ with more eye rolling. After an exchange of views in which I pointed out that I was surprised, given the emptiness of the restaurant, that she seemed so reluctant to serve us, we decided to leave .
It was not personal, I’m sure, but the attitude of this ,presumably, senior staff member made this a restaurant in which we felt so unwelcome that we could not stay.
Back to hotel, which was once again magnificent.

Bar becomes a disco in the evening

The hotel is really nice, but the bar on the ground floor is converted into a disco that unfortunately you can't think about sleep until late at night because of the volume. We were only here for one night on a Friday, as it is on other days, so I cannot judge. At the reception you get ear opax, but unfortunately this does not really help. I think it's a pity that you are so disappointed in such a beautiful hotel.. a disco really has no authority in a 4 star house.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location —short walk to gondola, surrounded by restaurants — with spartan, clean rooms, an excellent wellness area, good ski storage lockers, and super helpful welcoming staff. The breakfast is terrific, with loads of choices including local pastries, and a great array of fresh fruit. A gem in every way.

Home in the centre of Kitz.

Just got back from our ski trip to Kitzbuhel and I felt that I had to leave a review. The people in this hotel are lovely. It has a real family feel to it, the breakfast is gorgeous and all very fresh and organic. We had a couple of evening meals here too and all very nice and excellent service. The hotel bar is also great.
The rooms felt very modern, spacious and comfortable, bathrooms also decent.
Awesome location, we rented ski lockers up by the gondola so that we could walk up and down just in our trainers. The town itself is excellent, so much going on and absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
