Great wallable environment/apartment top will gladly come back

Booking check in/out problem-free and elektron.reife also the apartment access works flawlessly. Great value for money in quiet and natural surroundings incl. daily sauna session from 15-22h. Kitchen new and modern, could be equipped with more dishes. Nights were already chilly in September and although the surrounding heating pipes were lukewarm, the radiators remained cold despite being fully turned up. Despite these 2 points of improvement, we recommend the Beim Oswald with all our hearts and also gladly come back ourselves.

Full of wasps and emails only in German

Cute apartment, equipped with the necessary comforts but full of wasps, we woke up every morning at 6 with wasps flying around, one stung my partner and one my dog who limped all day. Every email that arrives for check-in / check-out etc. is only in German and not even in English. It is not known how to check out.
The only positive note is the location next to the gondola departure

A pity about the once so great holiday village.

It has really gotten on in years. There are no contact persons on site and no proper information. It was somewhat neglected, the village square bare and run-down. A pity about the once so great holiday village filled with life!

Flexible, helpful hosts. Great location, highly recommended with kids too.

Very flexible and helpful hosts. We couldn’t travel due to influenza, but they kindly rescheduled our stay, so we were still able to go skiing. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night at "Beim Oswald" and it was very pleasant.
The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, spacious, well cared for in every detail, in typical warm Austrian style and a beautiful stube. Heated very well.
The apartment is set in a beautiful setting of mountain village; the access is convenient, the check-in and check-out mode modern and practical (just remember to look at the house of the apartment opening the check-in, otherwise it does not stand out from the others).
It is definitely worth staying several nights in both winter and summer.
We stayed one night at “Beim Oswald” (January 2 2026) and had a very pleasant experience.
The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, spacious, well cared for in every detail, in the typical warm Austrian style, and has a beautiful stube. It is very well heated.
The apartment is located in a beautiful mountain village setting; access is convenient, and check-in and check-out are modern and practical (just remember to look at the apartment number when you open the check-in, otherwise it is indistinguishable from the others).
It is definitely worth staying for several nights in both winter and summer.
