Incredibly nice and personable landlord!
Breakfast buffet - there is everything you need for a good start to the day
Room- we had a family suite with a separate children's room with double bed, couch, TV and balcony. You have a lot of space.
Cleanliness- The room was cleaned very thoroughly daily.
Location- restaurant, mountain railway, summer toboggan run- all within walking distance in a few minutes.
Kärntencard- is included and just a great additional offer - it saves you money and experiences a lot
Conclusion- I can recommend it

fantastic accomodation in a beautiful area

The owner is really kind, and helpfull. The pension in a quiet location close to the summerlift and the roman bath in, and the center of Bad Kleinkircheim. Our room was perfect cleen, comfortable, and the breakfasts were perfect strats of days. I recommend this pension with my heart.

Unbeatable location

Good flat, very friendly and caring reception, it’s a 5 min walk to the ski school, 5 min walk to the main slope and the roman baths and just at the start of the cross country ski track. Highly recommend!

Right under the slope, great breakfast

We stayed here during Christmas 2012 for a skiing/snowboarding vacation in Bad Kleinkirchheim and I must say that Pension Gertraud was a very good choice. The house is located a few hundred meters (under 5 minutes walking) from a lift that will take you to the top of the mountain, so it is perfectly suited for ski trips. It is also very close to the "Römerbad" spa and if you buy a 5 day skipass at the B&B, you can choose to spend one of the days in the spa instead of on the slope (a nice option when it's raining!).
The owner is very friendly, helpful and service-oriented. The furniture is rustic (typically Austrian) and everything is well-kept and cleaned. The mattresses were a little soft for my liking, but that's not unusual (they were new, though). The rooms get cleaned daily, you also get fresh towels every day. There is free parking available, as well as WiFi (ask for the password). A storage for skis and snowboards is near the house and a special room with heated "stands" for boots is inside the house.
The breakfast is excellent - a selection of coffees and organic teas, eggs, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and cereal, a variety of bread and buns, hams, cheeses, bread-spreads, jams, Nutella and honey, milk and juices... I loved it!

Besuch bei den Gritzners!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Familie Gritzner! Eine sehr liebe Familie und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind Klasse! Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr liebevoll hergerichtet (tägliche Variatonen zb. Avocado Tatar oder Räucherlauchs)! Die Lage ist auch super! Nebenan die Kaiserburgbahn oder Römertherme! Am Millstättersee waren wir in 15 min! Werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen!
