Lovely accommodation!

We had a great stay.
Very friendly hosts.
Sauna was prepared on request.

The most excellent place ever

These are the best apartments we have ever stayed in in all the years that we have been skiing . They are furnished to an extremely high standard with lovely bed linen and towels . The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons . It’s amazingly clean and towels are changed twice during our weeks stay . The showers are amazing .. The view from our apartment number two was breathtaking . It’s perfect for skiing in Sölden or Hochgurgl . The sauna area was very relaxing and we all had a lovely massage . The fine touches of lit candles up the stairs made it a very relaxing places to be after an energetic days skiing . We loved Stefan and Georg ( and lotti) who made us feel most welcome . They work extremely hard making these apartments amazing . Can’t wait to return one year .

Modern, very clean, top quality & top hosts !

A brand new building which is very modern and equiped with nothing but the best materials. Yet it still has the typically warm Austrian atmosphere. Location in Oberried is very quiet (away from the main road which goes throught the Ötztal), and all apartments offer great views on the mountain valley.
Everything is extremely clean, and the hosts also strongly expressed their wish to keep it that way - which is what we like :-)
On top of that there is a great Sauna room with relaxing music, tea, etc.
Service is great as well, for instance you get a midweek towel replacement - which is not common for a 1-week apartment rent.
Steffen & Georg are great hosts - I would definitely recommend this location !!

Excellent, modern, top quality finish.

Very nice modern apartments with top quality finish. Simply design with a touch to the details in finish and decorations. The sauna is beautify design and is set to alter dry sauna and the wet one called "sonarium". There is shopping delivery option but we didn't use it. We skied in Solden and it was easy to get there by car.

A warm welcome in a very relaxing place.

Idyllic location with charming hosts, Steffen and Georg. Spotless, comfortable, modern apartment was a great base from which to enjoy stunning scenery and all the local activities. It was indeed a ' home from home' . The small details made a big difference: breakfast from the bakery delivered to our door, scented candles on the corridor when we came back in the evening, a special homemade birthday cake for our sons. The sauna was lovely too!
