Average, see text

We were only there for one night and had 2 rooms: a double room for single use, which was OK, spacious, the bathroom had been renovated but was also showing its age, carpet!! Slippers are recommended. Bedside lamp broken.
The second room with a kitchenette and fridge was a single room :-(
Ceiling lamp broken.
The lady at the reception and in the breakfast room was super nice. Service was good!! However, a very loud dishwasher was running during the whole breakfast, which was very annoying. Breakfast was simple, but OK.

Excellent Hotel for a wonderful stay in the Mountains.

We really loved this hotel. Our room and en suite were spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and had views of the mountains to die for!
Staff Helga and Monica were really friendly and helpful. Included in the price was breakfast, bus to the cable car and mountains, discount on the cable car, and a cab to the station.
Location in the centre of Mallnitz was perfect. Breakfast was a simple, but tasty help yourself buffet.
Highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again. :)

Good hotel with friendly staff

Decent 'Austrian' style hotel. We stayed in a spacious panorama room on the fourth floor. Room was clean and with a nice bathroom. Shower in the bath. We enjoyed breakfast - nothing spectacular but well served: good choice and good quality. Very friendly lady looking after her guests.
