An authentic 5-star hotel. I recommend.

Great. 5 stars. All amenities. Location, hospitality and spectacular cleanliness. I recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Salzburg.

To be avoided

The hotel is very expensive and very disorganized. There is no one at the reception. When you arrive you have to play and after a while the Bosnian baker from the next shop comes through a back door and gives you the key. No one speaks a word of English and little German. If you have any questions, they should call the owner who gives directions from home. At check out, the baker doesn’t even arrive: there is a box to leave the key.
In the apartment they gave us there was a kitchen in the boiler room, with wire pipes and exposed meters with holes in the wall for pipes never installed.
In the rooms there are no sockets: they put the lamps on the bedside tables but they are all detached, of course.
Located Out of town but has the prices of a downtown hotel.
Only positive thing: recent renovation.
Definitely not recommended!!!!!!

Simple et efficace

We had a great stay in this hotel. The service was good, the rooms were clean, and the hotel is next to a bus stop, 10min away from the city center. Free parking places in the back from the hotel, which brings a sentiment of security to leave the car

Nothing wrong

We stayed at the Genta Hotel in Salzburg on our hitchhiking trip and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Pension is conveniently located, just off the road and the motorway entrance, which was perfect for us. Despite this proximity, the street is surprisingly quiet, which allowed us to rest well.
The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, no complaints. Everything was in perfect condition and well maintained. We were very satisfied with our stay at this Pension and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation in Salzburg.
