Best overall package on a ski holiday in a long time - better than some other children's hotel, cozy for good recreation value!
The hotel is really a piece of cream, when we came in already we felt very comfortable by the cosiness and yet generosity of the rooms. Nice great welcome with sparkling wine on arrival, postcard / franking service with hotel own postcards to loved ones at home, a really great spa area and last but not least a working and loving childcare convinced us (thanks to Hannes, Eissy and what the nice ones there are all called). The fact that there is also a ski depot reserved for guests at the cable car is almost unbelievable as well as a ski pass for 3 days, which was additionally included for adults at the time. We always took the ski bus, which stops right outside the door, because of the depot we liked to use. Also the food as a buffet form was great.
In the afternoon I enjoyed sitting in the fireplace-afternoon snack lobby - with family or alone - and enjoyed a drink or two and a little something to eat. It was totally beautiful and I literally raved about my work colleagues after returning. My wife was grateful and enthusiastic about the yoga classes , which were beautifully staged with oil firing. The long 9-hour drive was worth it! We booked directly over New Year's Eve, unfortunately only possible with shortened duration, as it is so popular and otherwise already fully booked.
As a teeny-bitty suggestion for improvement: it would be mega-attractive if there was a coffee machine that also offered the possibility of making cappuccinos containing oat milk. But that's really just high-level whining. Everything else was really too beautiful!
We are very much looking forward to our next holiday there and are very grateful for the last one, which could clearly distinguish itself from other hotel bookings (in other places, among others in the category family/children's hotel) in the overall package.

Ihren Hinweis zum Kaffeeautomaten mit Hafermilch nehmen wir sehr gerne auf. Vielen Dank für diesen wertschätzend formulierten Verbesserungsvorschlag. Genau solche Anregungen helfen uns, noch besser zu werden.

Beautiful hotel in Austrian alps
This hotel is truely amazing. We have been coming for a family ski holiday for 5 years and have never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is warm and very comfortable and the standard of food is outstanding. The children love all the activities available - swimming, table tennis, kids club etc. The new adults only spa is a very tranquil space after a days skiing. We will come back again.

Great Ski break staying in a relaxing / comfortable / spacious hotel
Great Hotel / Lodge complex, convenient for the Ski Slopes and Gondola's.
Ski bus stops outside for those not wanting to to walk back to the hotel. A short ski out run down to the Gondola's was accessible from the rear of the hotel.
Family friendly, very clean, with a great buffet style food all inclusive hotel option.
Spacious modern / clean rooms.
