Successful relaxation in the holiday estate

Very nicely located hotel, ideal for guests with and without children. Very spacious wellness area with heated indoor and outdoor pool, sauna area for adults with 3 saunas and large relaxation room. Restaurant with excellent quality, both for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff. So perfect holiday conditions all around. We felt very comfortable!

As always excellent

And again a summer is over and again we had 100% recovery in Unterhochstätt. It's like coming home every time.
Even after 16 years of being under-established in a row, it doesn’t get boring; there are still new things to discover in the area.
Culinary delights are well pampered and there are no wishes left unfulfilled.
And because it was so nice, we will of course come back next summer. And a short break in autumn is still to come.

Wonderful

We stayed there for a ski family vacation. The hotel is wonderful! From the room which was clean and spacious, the food was excellent at breakfast and dinner and was made with high quality local ingredients. The wellness facility is incredible with 2 saunas, one hammam, an indoor and outdoor pool which can be used even during winter time. The service and the staff were very attentive.
There is a ski area close by but we wanted a bigger ski area so we drove to Waidring / Steinplatte every day which was an easy 20 minute drive. We enjoyed the ski area for an entire week.
We booked directly with the hotel which was a better deal.

Again spent a wonderful holiday with the Ballsberger family and team.
What should you capitalize on? Mega breakfast, great dinner, delicious cake, large, cozy rooms, fantastic scenery and an extremely nice team. Pampering holiday at the wellness farm.
The next holiday is already booked
