Fantastic family hotel summer and winter!

Received very hospitably by Sebastiaan. Beautiful and well-maintained room. Perfect location in the village regarding the U-Bahn to the lifts in winter. Delicious buffet breakfast, the choice is huge!

Superb location, rooms, service and breakfast

A great place to stay in Serfaus. Family owned and run - and it shows. Rooms were clean and lovely, the location perfect (walking distance to the center of town, and the service top-notch. My new go-to place in Serfaus.

Great hotel, clean and spacious

We stayed as a family of 4 for a week (2 adults, 2 kids). It was a great time. Lots of space, very clean, and the breakfast was great. It’s a close walk to the tram to gondola and close to many restaurants for dinner. Serfaus is an awesome family location for skiing and snow fun. Would definitely stay again!

Fab service

Tina and Gunter are brilliant. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast delicious. Tina goes out if her way to make your stay perfect. There is no lift but 57 steps to the top floor. A nice sauna, good boot and ski room. We will return again and again

Excellent

Stayed for skiing 20-27 Jan 2018. The room was a comfort suit and was superb, spacious, view of the mountain, clean, modern, lots of storage, hairdryer, towels, TV.
Staff were friendly and Tina, who seemed to do a lot, was excellent (front of house, served breakfast, bar etc etc) including sorting out our taxi back to the airport issues. Her English was excellent and she would do anything to help.
Breakfast very good, although would be better if it started at 7.30 and not 7.45/8 so earlier ski lifts could be got (first tracks and all that!).
Bar rarely used by the residents but was open if you rang a bell, excellent value too
5 min walk from underground in ski boots quicker in normal shoes, but if snow permitted you could ski back. High street same distance.
Sadly no food in the evening but high street has options
Excellent boot room and ski storage
It has a sauna, but we didn't use
Free wifi
Will def be staying again.
