Perfect hotel, staff, location & amenities!
Excellent hotel and location! The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. They were very personable, reception staff provided fantastic recommendations on activities and places to visit, helping to organise them and keeping us updated! The restaurant and bar staff were also excellent, very attentive, friendly and it was nice that they provide personalised service, remembering small details that made us feel special. Excellent amenities that kept the whole family entertained. Housekeeping staff were also brilliant, very friendly and rooms very clean. Buffet style half board provided a wide choice for all family members, we were very impressed with the egg station at breakfast and pasta station at dinner, providing cooked to order dishes, we were spoilt for choice. Could not fault this hotel, its amenities, staff or the services provided everything was so fabulous!

The right hotel for sports enthusiasts.
A family friendly hotel. There's something for everyone here. Directly on the gondola and with many possibilities in the area. The breakfast buffet really leaves nothing to be desired!! We didn't have dinner with us, but if the buffet is only half as good as breakfast, it's certainly perfect. The concept is ideal for sports enthusiasts.

THEE BEST HOTEL EVER!!!
This hotel is one of THEEE best hotels I have ever stayed in. The food is exceptional and plentiful. The staff are genuinely friendly and are very helpful. The amenities that the hotel offers is to a high standard. An indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, gym, stretch room, sauna, steam room, pool, climbing wall, bouldering..the list goes on! Every inche of this hotel on SUPER CLEAN! They leave these small chocolates in your room that taste devine!
The Italian head chef really knows how to use his ingredients and spices. Each night the menu is different and he uses left over food to reinvent a new menu.. GENIUS! The desserts are spectacular and the waiters and waitresses are super friendly!
We will def be going back but this time with the rest of the family because it is so safe for kids. They even make small portions for the kids like sandwiches with the crust cut off, fish fingers, nuggest.. it's like they have really thought about what their customers need and are looking for!
This is the only hotel where you can walk in with ski boots and offer your own dry room. A dry room that actually works so by the morning your kit is dry ready to hit the slopes!

Good for a few days
Positive: The hotel is in a very good location. The building is modern. The climbing wall is cool, the staff is friendly and the spa is also okay. The gym was much better than I expected with their modern and new treadmills. The kids club is nice too.
Negative: The room cleaning is poor. There is no place to hang the towels, eventough there is enough space on the wall to put some towel racks on it. Getting a coffee is difficult, they say that the lobby bar is open but usually no staff is there. The tea pots and mugs are dirty at breakfast.

Great hotel
The hotel exceeded our expectations!
The food is incredible - a lot of variety at both breakfast and tea times to suit all tastes. The gluten free options were also good. The packed up breakfast for our early departure was a good touch too.
The swimming pool and saunas were great after a long day on the slopes.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The very modern interior that is mentioned in lots of reviews is fine, just part of the hotel.
