Only recommended !

Very clean and very nice rooms. Food was always delicious. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is super central, so you are right in the city center. All in one it is highly recommended as the price/performance is right!

Old hotel, very clean, kind staff, good breakfast.
The only concerns regard the stairs for access to the reception located on the first floor (we didn't seem to see an elevator, but maybe there is one) and the lack of air conditioning in the room, which turned out to be a bit hot, but we believe it is an extraordinary event for the place.

Very unfriendly

A charming hotel in a good location. But an extremely unfriendly employee ruined my stay, and I will not stay there again. There are more hospitable hotels in Villach.

Highly recommended hotel in the center of Villach

Hotel Kramer is located in the centre of Villach with free parking, excellent service, rich breakfast buffet and great value for money. The staff are very competent, friendly and customer focused. My concern was dealt with to the fullest satisfaction and quickly.
