One of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at.

Great hotel.
Family rooms top of the thunder.
The small children had a separate bedroom with their bathroom.
Super modern rooms.
Wellnes area at the top.
Super relaxing rest room on the water beds.
All the super friendly staff.
Gourmet meals every night.
Bus stop nearby for many hikes and visits near the hotel.
Gastekarte has been serving us all week.
Great view of the heights.
Go to the jakobs kreuz à haus vor tor with a circular view of the entire Austrian Alps

Beautiful wellness hotel with a very good restaurant.

Nice modern room and large wellness area with a sauna village.
The dinner was very delicious, and the service from Mario was very good!
Only point of criticism:
The reception staff were always friendly but very distant, and one did not feel truly welcome.

Never again

I can not recommend this place ! It was made a price offer to me at the billing were first added almost 250 euros due to the booking confirmation according to the offer that I then showed it was then called achja that was an error it was mentioned to me another price also this was incorrect after careful examination, only at the 3rd attempt by my own calculation the lady at the reception admitted that she was wrong again ! No excuse ... no guilty conscience just unprofessional and outrageous to deal with guests like that... no good journey home was wished I am stunned! This hotel will never see me again! Valerie

Beautiful weekend

The hotel is located in a magical mountain setting, quiet and relaxing. Service is impeccable from Welcoming until departure. Very discreet but attentive staff. The hotel is clean and clean. The rooms deserve a little new skin but they are spacious and comfortable. Excellent quality bedding. We may regret the absence of a courtesy tray in the room with a small coffee maker or kettle to enjoy a small coffee on the terrace facing the mountain. All common areas are impeccable. Quality is at the forefront. A special mention for this natural pool in a dream setting, the terrace with a bar and the rest room. Meal side nothing wrong. Breakfast, snack and dinner made of high-end and quality products. Thank you for this stay where we will gladly come back when we need to recharge and refocus.
