Unfortunately, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
The hotel was disappointing for us and not what one expects from a 5-star hotel. The hotel has a fantastic location, but that is not everything. The entire hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unfriendly. In all other hotels in Azerbaijan, the staff was very friendly, but here one did not feel welcome, especially due to the staff. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning is loud and does not work properly, if at all. The bathroom was not worthy of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was good.
It's a pity, we were really looking forward to this hotel. We would not recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with excellent SPA and breakfast, but service can be improved
Overall the hotel left a pleasant impression. The building itself and the grounds are very beautiful, you can see that the hotel is well cared for and maintains a high level of cleanliness.
Pros:
First of all, I want to note the purity - it is at a very high level. Both the common areas and the rooms are perfectly clean. The cleaning staff are very polite and considerate.
The rooms are excellent - comfortable, spacious and well prepared for guests.
The SPA area and swimming pool are also at a high level. It's clean and nice. The massage is very nice.
Breakfast is simply excellent - varied and very delicious, confidently 5 out of 5.
The tea restaurant was also very enjoyed – good atmosphere and excellent service.
Nuxa Restaurant:
The restaurant kitchen is really delicious. Unfortunately, however, the service does not meet the price level. Waiters work slowly, sometimes feeling like they're flying in the clouds. You have to wait a long time, and there's a slow response to appeals. Given the rather high prices, the service could be much better.
Cons:
The main problem is reception work. When approached, there was a long wait, and the staff response was slow, which gives the impression of a weak organization.
Also, the general service and the process of welcoming guests could be more careful.
Outcome:
The hotel itself is very beautiful and well maintained. Cleanliness, rooms, SPA, swimming pool and breakfast are at an excellent level. The restaurant kitchen is good, but the service in the restaurant and at the reception needs improvement to match the level of the hotel itself.

Not a 5 star hotel
Value for money is not right. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
The rooms are old and worn out. We needed an extra bed for a 1.90 m tall person. See the picture of how the problem was solved.

Very bad!
The beds in the room are very uncomfortable. Most of the rooms do not have showers (sunshine) in the toilets. There is no one to look after the bar in the room, it is a bomb. You can't be comfortable in the room at all. The maids open the room and come in and out at any time. Your presence is of no importance. They make loud noises in the corridor at all hours of the day. (Forget about sleeping!) The hotel's restaurants are busy with robberies. The portions of the food are small, but the prices are fantastic. You have to wait for a taxi to go to the restaurant. The restaurant is outside the hotel. The breakfast was empty twice. (from the cold cuts and bread). The game rooms are paid. The spa building is also outside the hotel. If you come out of the sauna and get cold, you will get cold. 1 service inside the hotel They have cars, so you have to watch it. (There is only 1 car per guest). The attitude towards the guests is very rude. We have come all the way from Baku to Sheki, and we booked 1 week ago, so I said that I wanted to call it the room because there is no (toilet, shower) in the room. do i Shall we go back to Baku? He said yes. If this is a 5-star hotel, there is no problem in the toilet and shower! This is a hotel connected to the presidential office. Aren't you ashamed?! The device does not have 3 manats to put a shower in the rooms?! Or you didn't see the need? Eldar m. I applied, how did you find a room immediately? I don't recommend it to anyone. It's nothing but disgrace and robbery. Instead of ruining your accounts, go to foreign countries and be sure that you will spend less than this hotel.

Las Vegas Hotel in Sheki
Very nice resort style hotel in the mountains above Sheki. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were only there overnight but it seemed that there were a lot of family oriented activities. There was a large European style buffet breakfast. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating was that the grout in the shower was covered in mold.
