4-Star Stay for a 4-Star Hotel
The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the middle of where I wanted to be. You can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while being conveniently close to City Centre Mall and Seef Mall, both offering a great selection of restaurants.
I stayed in a Superior Room facing the sea. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a main control panel for the lights, air conditioning, and curtains beside the bed. It also had a minibar, complimentary bottled water, and a coffee set. However, it would have been even nicer if the windows were cleaned, as they were quite dirty during my stay, which took away from the sea view.
The lobby was large and comfortable, making it a good place to sit and work for a few hours. The hotel also has a pool, gym, and restaurant, though I didn’t have the chance to use them. Some parts of the room could use a bit of maintenance, as there were noticeable rusty areas.
As for the service, it could be improved. Not all staff members had a welcoming or approachable vibe. Small gestures like eye contact, tone of voice, body language, and choice of words make a big difference in hospitality.
However, Rohit truly made a difference. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth stood out. He was proactive, polite, and always ready to help with a sincere smile. Staff like him make guests feel truly valued.

Avoid you will regret

If you think this is 4 star hotel standard you are completely wrong , this is building without standard and worst management I ever seen in my very long travelling history , I had thousands reviews of hotel I’ve been visited , I’m confident to say this is the worst hotel I ever stayed , first , the hotel clean room only by request , also the window very dirty , the last guest stuff kept in the drawers , no towels provided after clean the room , the stuff unprofessional how dare they believe this is 4 stars hotel , the manager smile without apologies for all what I said when i confronted him . If you want spoil your holiday stay here !
