De Castle

The hotel is located in a quiet place and entry to rooms are like walking through the cave. Morning breakfast is good and should have it before 10 am. Staff's knowledge of English is very low. Once you enter the room every things are in order and clean.

Airport transfer was ok - had it one way complimentary
rooms sizes are small and dim -layout of the room was bad!
no extra power plugs available
Hygiene & Cleanliness of the rooms & amenities needs to be worked on badly
rooms are poorly maintained - the room had a foul smell on entering
Towels & bed sheets were not in the best conditions.
wifi worked ok

Clean and comfortable

Convenient place to stay in Banani . Room amenities- toiletries can be of better standard. The restaurant is good and staff are courteous. Airport pickup and drop off were useful but was charged extra when I used booking.com - which I learnt was the rule from hotel staff. Will probably stay again but will book directly with the hotel next time

Affordable accommodation in the Gulshan/Banani area

The hotel is okay, it is small, the rooms are quite clean, although some refurbishment would be fine.There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop, I don't think it is used too often. The breakfast is fine, nothing special, I would welcome some more fruit or vegetables. The staff is very attentive and nice. Transportation from the airport is free of charge, getting back to the airport cost me USD 15. Overall experience is good, although USD 65 for a night is a bit on the expensive side when taking into account the hotel level and location, although Dhaka is known for high hotel prices.

Nice place to stay

Very nice hotel..rooms are quite big..service is good. Food is also good. It's in budget...its located in Banani area. 15-20 min from Airport..they have pick and drop facility available... Overall 8/10 for this hotel.
