Very accommodating

We got stabranded by flight engine failure at the airport at 0400- turned up at 0500 without being able to get in contact beforehand. The lovely night duty concierge sorted us a room at short notice, opened the shop for emergency supplies and was just amazing in a difficult time.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We had two meals at the restaurant before our replacement flight. The food was nothing special for the price but I rate the overall experience because they were so accommodating.

Our family of 3 had a great short stay in a two bedroom room. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was fresh and good quality, we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. We would stay here again on a trip back to Barbados.

The best experience!

My best friend and I spent Spring Break here and hated having to leave yesterday. The hotel is in the cut but it is SO beautiful and such a nice bohemian, islandy vibe. For us, it felt like a great location. It was easy for us to find drivers to pick us up and go place, the beach wasn't really far and Miami Beach is so nice! I swear I could've stayed all day and night. The food on the property was really good and the driiiiiiiiinks!!! We got a 2 bedroom suite because we were both doing some work from home things and it was perfect for us.
But the absolute best best best best best part of our stay at South Point was hands down the staff who was absolutely amazing, so kind, friendly, welcoming and gave us great recommendations. I really want to name all of them but I don't want to leave anybody out lol, just know that everyone from housekeeping, to the front desk, to the manager, and bar & restaurant are literally some of the best people! And we'll always stay there when we're in Barbados!

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the amenities were clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely come back.
