Hotel 9Hotel Chelton udaljen je samo 400 metara od stanice metroa Schuman i samo 5 minuta hoda od Europske komisije. Ima recepciju otvorenu 24 sata dnevno i besplatni WiFi dostupan je u cijelom objektu.

A relaxing stay in Brussels
Looking for a clean and stylish place to stay in Brussels? Look no further than 9Hotel Chelton. This place is seriously SO clean and convenient to many restaurants. Staff is very friendly and has beautiful amenities (e.g., gym and pool). Still has the new "hotel" feel, which is ideal for any traveler.
10/10 highly recommended!

We stayed at 9Hotel Chelton Brussels for two nights as a family, paying around £570 including breakfast, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
We booked a family room, but were given two connecting rooms instead. At check-in, we were told that the shower in one of the rooms was not working and that we could use the shower in the other room. We understand that maintenance problems can happen, but it was disappointing to be given a room with a known non-functioning shower.
There was also a damaged bathroom fixture, and we have photographs of the condition.
The following day, after being out for several hours, we returned to find that the rooms had not been cleaned and the towels had not been replaced.
Most upsetting was when our daughter fell from the bed onto the floor. Thankfully she was okay, but this was very concerning for us as parents.
The breakfast was also very basic and disappointing, especially considering the price we paid and the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel.
Overall, we expected much better accommodation, maintenance and housekeeping for the price. Unfortunately, this was not the family stay we expected and we would not choose to stay here again.

Good, but...
We just stayed there for 1 night with our 2 "older teens"; the connecting rooms are very appreciable and practical! A good point! Then all the staff members we were able to meet are very professional and very kind! The rooms are very clean and functional
The pool and gym are also very appreciable
We were, however, a little disappointed with the quality of the breakfast offered as well as the difficulty parking on the street (paid)
We still have a good memory of our visit :)

PLEASANT AND COMFORTABLE EUROPEAN NIGHTS
Admittedly off-center, but well served by the metro with the Schuman station, or by bus with the Michel-Ange stop, the 9 Hotel Chelton is located in the European quarter of Brussels. The two streets overlooking the hotel are quiet.
The whole place is contemporary in style but well integrated into the neighborhood, with neutral and soothing tones dominated by beige/brown.
Friendly and efficient staff, even if the systematic use of temporary staff or outside companies does not always provide an appropriate response to requests.
The "superior" room 402 occupied for six nights offered a satisfactory surface area, a practical and functional layout, and a level of equipment and comfort (except for the rustic-nostalgic chair) that was quite correct.
Only downside: the organization and execution of the daily cleaning of the room, carried out by a company outside the establishment and not necessarily meeting expectations, mainly in terms of scheduling.
An undeniable plus: the relaxation area with its mini fitness room and indoor pool (basin) allowing you to relax after a hot day of sightseeing.
The breakfast offered as a buffet provides a selection of sweet, savory, cold, and hot items; enough to start the day well in a cozy place. Special mention for their kindness and efficiency to the two ladies in charge of the service for this important moment at the start of the day.
Regarding the rate, by accepting full prepayment, well in advance of the stay (5 months), the price remains acceptable, €1150 room + breakfast + taxes.
9 hotel is also present in other European cities and belongs to a French family group (Quentin).

Room was amazing, really large and clean. Hotel pool was excellent. Room was really quiet and near several restaurants and supermarkets. We only stayed for one night but would absolutely stay again.
