The outside of the hotel is having a major overhaul / revamp so is not at its best. Reception is stylish but once you are beyond that the hotel could do with a good dollop of TLC. A lick of paint on the walls, repairing chips on doors and other woodwork plus new carpets could transform this hotel. A good, well sized bathroom. A very large comfortable bed gave me a good nights sleep. I did have earplugs which were needed as the toilet system seemed to have life of its own. I'm not sure what was going on with it but it seemed to partially flush every 5 to 10 minutes throughout the night.

Didn't enjoy very much

Location of the hotel was ok and view from the room to the street was also nice. The hotel and room had a well functioning AC, which was a good benefit during the heatwave. There was an iron in the room, also a kettle and plenty of storage room for things. However, cleanliness could have been better. Some towels smelled a bit bad and some plates at breakfast room were dirty. Toilet seat and cover were dirty. My room had a squeaky bed which made very loud noise even when I just laid flat and moved only my toes or fingers. There was only cold water in the shower, I didn't understand whether it was broken or I should have waited for a very long time. I had to go through several corridors that felt a bit abandoned to get to my room, it seemed that several buildings were connected. I would say that overall atmosphere was not for my vibes, but it could be improved easily. :)

DISAPPOINTING. ABSOLUTELY NOT ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS

You just have to hope that there are no drawbacks because in this case no one is committed to fixing them. Nice room (window totally blocked) on arrival but on the second day there was no hot water. We reported the problem in the morning and in the evening returning to the hotel they told us that they had solved it but it was not true. The technician only intervened the next afternoon and contacted the reception to advise that the problem was not solvable. Despite this only after vigorously protesting we changed rooms. They gave us a room with heating that did not work, a dated bathroom and no soap. Bathroom left in pitiful condition and soap we had to ask at reception because never reinstated by the staff. We were hoping for breakfast but not up to a 4*

The shower door was totally unsealed, so there was a lake of water on the bathroom floor after showering. There was also no control position that would provide a temperature warmer than room temp.
Burned-out and absent lights in the bathroom and bedroom made the suite very dark.

Large rooms but not a very nice hotel. Staff was not friendly and breakfast very low standard including the breakfast room.
