Accessible hotel in central Brussels with helpful staff
Service from arrival to departure was very attentive and the three course meal in atrium restaurant was excellent. Radisson honoured our regular membership perks. Concierge gave some useful tips to visit sites

Extremely disappointed
Worst Radission Collection Experience I had in Europe.

There are other options
The service is horrific. The front desk staff did not know how to extend my stay and preferred to tell me that the hotel was full! I had to go to the app to verify and this was not true. Concierge very rude. Nobody knew how to do their job.

Boiling hot room
Check-in was quick and easy with no issues. I requested an early check-in for €90 and was able to get my room at 12 pm. The concierge and bell staff were very professional and welcoming throughout my stay.
The first room had an issue with the AC, and the staff handled it promptly and professionally by moving me to another room. Unfortunately, the AC in the second room wasn’t much better. It was running, but it was barely cooling the room and seemed to be just pushing air. The only other downsides were that both rooms were quite dusty and didn’t appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly, often leaving water sitting in the basin for a while.
Looking back, I wish I had read more of the previous guest reviews before booking. I noticed several guests reporting similar air conditioning issues, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. For a hotel in this category, I expected the rooms to be in much better condition.

Experiences like this leave a lasting sense of disappointment
This was our second stay at this hotel. We had stayed here once before, really enjoyed it, and decided to come back.
Unfortunately, this time we had a very disappointing experience. We accidentally left an important and valuable personal item in our room. Within about an hour, we contacted the hotel and asked the staff to check the room, but we were repeatedly told that nothing had been found.
This leaves only two possible conclusions: either the hotel is unable to properly supervise its staff, or it employs people who cannot be trusted.
Experiences like this leave a lasting sense of disappointment and make guests reluctant to return. Being repeatedly assured that you did not leave anything in your room, when you know you did, is both frustrating and unprofessional. It is a very unpleasant way to treat returning guests.
