Top-notch.
Very pleasant little weekend in the city center next to plenty of shops for a shopping session, very nice hotel with attentive and helpful staff, very good dinner and waitress (Alertte very professional), thank you for this stay to all the collaborators, I recommend the breakfast which is very varied and top-notch.

Highly recommended hotel.
The friendly and helpful staff is the biggest asset of this Hotel. This our experience from the time the booking was made until the day we left. We were made to feel special by the quality and level of attention during every contact with staff members from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant.
We chose a room with a view, and boy-o-boy did we have a view. It was spectacular.
The room was clean and this was what we found every day during our stay. The only issue is that there space for unpacking clothes is restricted and the bathroom space is tight. The shower on the other hand was a very good size.
We had access to the lounge with free water and other refreshments as well as snacks. Another area with a great view by the way.
Then there was breakfast. One of the best breakfast set ups we have ever experienced. Both hot and cold with a very large variety of dishes.
Finally the location: Near enough to the touristy areas but far enough away to have quiet time. Close to shops and very good restaurants.
Highly recommended if you like a quality hotel during your Brussels visit.

Large, well appointed hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed: minibar, safe, excellent shower, large comfortable bed, air conditioning. We swapped out daily cleans for vouchers for the bar and used these to buy cocktails one evening - which are ridiculously expensive (€35 for two!) but very nice. We didn’t eat in the hotel - there are plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Louise metro stop and a 15-20 minute walk into the town centre. So ideally located to get anywhere.

Great breakfast experience!
What a pleasant surprise to find in The Hotel a wonderful breakfast with lots of fresh dishes and super friendly staff! What a immense difference to the old outdated The Wiltcher's Steigenberger which is only a few minutes further down the road, but still living in the past and as mentioned earlier in one of my reviews, resting too long on their heydays! For 32 eur/pp it is a pleasant experience! Can only recommend it hightly - at least for the breakfast experience. Will try out their rooms at a later time.

In the superior doubleroom, there were no walls to the bathroom or toilet and barely a door to the toilet. So all business in the bathroom / toilet was with absolutely no privacy. Not a fan of this design concept. Will not come back.
