Excellent stay in Bruges.

We stayed for 3 nights, and it was fantastic, a unique experience. We wanted to escape from the big hotels, and our choice could not have been more correct. Bart and his wife Magali are charming, the room was great, super clean, and very comfortable, a spectacular breakfast, and every night upon returning, you found a sweet detail, wine, cava, fantastic, without a doubt, totally recommended. A WONDERFUL HOUSE!!!!!

Everything perfect...

Everything perfect, it's hardly better...
Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot (300 meters further then begins the car-free zone), nicely decorated, large windows, nice bathroom, also good bathroom products such as shower gel etc., separate toilet, top slept (the door has a special lock, check first in the folder briefly how it goes), good bed, kettle/coffee maker, there is also a refrigerator in the stairwell, and there are always nice little things and also drinks provided for guests.
Breakfast worked great, but we don't eat anything in the morning and therefore had booked without breakfast - but if you like breakfast, you certainly can't ask for a better one...
Attention: The whole of Bruges is car-free, who comes by car, first select parking or underground parking - we took as underground parking the "underground parking garage - Katelijne" (as in Google Maps) Katelijnestraat 200 meters from the B&B Les Invites...

Just the job!

Beautifully appointed B&B and home for Bart & his family which we had the pleasure of staying with for our 2N return trip to stunning Bruges in the sunshine.
Location perfect. Nestled in a lovely quiet side street and just 5 mins from the busy centre. Room whilst small was cleverly designed to maximise space with nice decor. Bed super comfy. Breakfast spot on inc great coffee! The multiple extra sweet touches by Bart were hugely appreciated inc complimentary daily snacks and…wine! Wifey loved that! Thank you so much Bart and your family for a super stay!

Cannot recommend enough

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, very cozy and quiet room. Everything is top notch.
Bart is a gracious host, very friendly, helpful and with a lot of attention for detail.
You immediately feel welcome here.
If you visit Bruges you should definitely stay at Les Invités.

Fantastic stay!

What a great experience! Our first time in this city and this place did not disappoint. Our host was a gem - so thoughtful about every little thing. He took great pains to show us around and make sure we were comfortable when we checked in. After that, it’s the little touches. Fresh OJ and a small pastry every morning when we walked downstairs, and a little bit of chocolate when we returned in the afternoon (totally unexpected!). The breakfast he served was outstanding and quite a bit for the two of us. The room was very comfortable and modern, and the location was perfect to walk everywhere. All this being said, it was the host and his lovely wife who really made the difference for us. They treated us like family and when it was time for us to leave, we felt as though we’d rather have changed our travel plans and stayed. 5 stars without reservations and would stay here again without giving it a second thought.
