Wonderful Stay in Bruges

Stayed at the Casselbergh for two nights in August. The hotel is gorgeous and well appointed. The staff were super, especially Brenton (sp) the bartender. Definitely would return.

Now been here multiple times and find it hard to book anywhere else when we come to Brugge. Just a beautiful hotel, close to everything with amazing breakfast.
Only thing I could wish for is a pool in the spa :)

Great place to satay at Brugges

Great Location, walking-distance from the main squares, shops and cathedral. We stayed in Victoria´s Loft, a beautiful, very large and comfortable room. Pay attention that this particular room is on the third floor and has no elevators. Breakfast was superb !!!

THANK YOU, it really meant a lot to Eva and I.

This was a special weekend with my terminally ill wife wheelchaired bound.
I've been spending sometime looking for a hotel in Bruges.. and most of the calls I made have been fairly painful ( one hotel even told me that they had wheelchair accessible rooms but they couldnt guarantee them... imagine that... lol )... anyways... after few calls I call Grand H Casselbergh and Jacob picks up the phone .
He has been an absolute gem of human being, super professional, helped me throughout the entire booking process and gave me an upgrade, was super understanding and had a sense of humour that lighten the room.
Maria, also, at reception was very helpful for directions in and around the hotel and also super attentive about my wife needs.
Thank you very much for making my stay unforgettable,
it truly meant a lot to me and Eva.
