Short but dreamy stay

The room was very stylish, spacious, bright, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.
It was a self check-in, but they emailed us in advance with every detail, as well as alternative check-in options, which made everything very easy and stress-free.
The location is excellent — we walked to both the train station and the city center.
Thank you very much for everything. Highly recommended!

Disappointment.

It was not as I expected based on previous comments and ratings. Spaces that do not match the published photos (they must have had a good photographer). Room with dust bunnies, dirty windows, and shower doors and mirrors that hadn't seen a cloth in a long time... On top of that, on the day we were to check out at 11 AM, two men knocked on our door at 10:50 AM, with bad attitudes and poor manners, to tell us we had 5 minutes to leave the room. At exactly 11 AM (checkout time), we left through the door. They were waiting for us outside. Unpleasant experience and not recommended at all. For this price, there are places in Bruges that I understand are much better.

Avoid, would give it 0 stars if I could.

I am disgusted with this hotel and with booking.com. We booked and paid for 3 nights in the May half term. We arrived late evening and there was no way to get in to our room. We called the hotel on multiple occasions and they never called us back, even to this day (July). We knocked on a few doors and a kind guest told us that we should have received an email informing us of the codes to get in and which room number we were in. We did not get this email. Booking.com were utterly useless when we called them and said they could do nothing as it was a partner company HK JIAYI INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SERVICES LIMITED who the booking was with, despite them taking our money quite happily. After 2 hours we gave up and had to walk around Bruges in 30 degree heat looking for, and paying for another hotel. We had a battle getting the money back from booking.com afterwards too.

Stayed here for 1 night and was such a lovely room, shower really good and powerful. Lively view out of window onto canal and opposing trees, location is just out of busy location so really quite on an evening

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, bathroom was good and the location excellent.
Only complaints would be that the fixtures could use a good cleaning and that we only got two coffee pods for our four-night stay. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided.
Although located on a ring road and a little noisy during the morning commute, it quiets down at night. Quick walk into the town centre and also a short walk to the train station or bus stop. There are a few cafes and restaurants just steps away.
We felt very safe and comfortable here and would stay again.
