Good combination of peace and activities!

This is a real hit! Clean and definitely adequate accommodation. Beautiful view of the lake. Wide choice of activities. Very well received by the host, very welcoming!

Very well-kept, modern apartments with lakeside view.

Beautiful and well-kept apartments. Small-scale, there are only 8 apartments in the complex, our apartment was very well maintained with a beautiful view of Lake Butgenbach. Ideal for children because there is also a lot of relaxation: swimming pool with wellness, fitness room, indoor playground, ping pong, air hockey, pool table... we were here during the Easter holidays and it was not full so it was all exactly private. We had a swimming pool and playground for ourselves at the hours we wanted. There was also bowling but you have to pay extra and it was quite expensive. Even though they are apartments, you still have a certain hotel service with super friendly and hospitable service. Some downsides: certain equipment was a bit older, air hockey no longer played ideally, darts had also seen its best days. The kitchen is also not very equipped in terms of pots and pans. But it is doable and the center of Butgenbach is less than 1 km.

Amazing time here!

Just got back from a weekend at Beverly Weekend! Had an amazing time with my partner & 2 children (3years old & 11 years old). They had fun in the indoor playground, the swimming pool, playing pingpong or airhockey. Everything was clean, and with eye for details. Room was clean, spacious and a lot of daylight. In the livingroom, you could oversee the lake of Butgenbach. There is a bike storage and everything to wash dirty (bike) clothes). Location is close to a ravel (bikeroad) and the center of Butgenbach. it is possible to order breakfast for the next day. Delivered at your door in the morning. Very friendly and helpfull at the reception (Alexa), also got a tour around the building when we checked in.
I can't find anything negative to say about this accomodation.

Lovely stay at this wonderful, friendly and small hotel for families and active guests

We had the most lovely stay for a long weekend in June with family and friends at this small and nice hotel with exclusive apartments and unbeatable views. Lots of activities inside so you are independent of nice weather although it helps for you to profit even more from the lovely outdoor space around the hotel. Warmly recommended!

Excellent place to stay with children

We were impressed with this new building with 7 self-catering apartments. There is a warm, 30 C, pool with water jets and inflated tubes, and a two level play area with safety nets, trampoline, a billiards room, ping-pong all indoors, and an outdoor lounging area at the side of the lake. It's right next door to a beach with peddle boats. Rooms are in different sizes for couples or families. The restaurant is not yet completed, but it's a short 900m walk into town, and we cooked for ourselves most nights. The air conditioning is in the hall, but with an open balcony there is a nice breeze off the lake.
The only downside were flies as there are no screens on the windows - but we had no mosquitos.
