Fantastic apartments with everything you need and great individual gardens if you have dogs.
These are individual houses with their own gardens. Great if you have pets as we do and took two dogs. No problems at all. As parks go this is more like an estate of holiday homers. There is no entertainment as such but that suited my wife, myself and the dogs who prefer to do our own thing.
Outisde the park is the coastal tram that can take you all the way from near the French boreder right up to the Dutch border. Three day pass E10 so very reasonable.
There is lots to do in all the towns along the coast with numerous quality bars and restaurants at pretty much English prices.
A visit to Bruges on the train is a must at E6 a person. Might take you more than 1 day to have a good look around though.
Great trip and I really cannot see why there are very few English here.

Fine park but after a month no deposit not back
The deposit is 200 euros and we are now a month further and it is still not refunded. Every time it is promised Monday or next week but so far nothing. For me, a reason never to go back there. Too bad because we had a great stay.

Family holidays
The houses are super well equipped, the terrace very nice.
The beach in front of the center and the tram is also very easy.
It must be very hot in the houses when it is more than 25 degrees.
Shops nearby are very convenient
I recommend for a beautiful family holiday

Fully equipped, very well arranged
Terrace at the top (we were unlucky for the weather)
One defect is insulation (0 insulation) and in my opinion when it is hot it must be very very hot in the rooms upstairs.
The situation is perfect

Location hay, service bleh
And the location is everything they promised, close to major Belgian sea-sites and as well as close to the beach. The rooms are ok, you have quite a nice living room and enough beds. But that's not all the problem, the issue lies at all the hidden costs you encounter and the inflexibility of the staff. Everything is answered with yes/no, unlike other locations, the staff is not trying to help you find a solution. The list of issues:
1) hidden costs; when you arrive there are no bed sheets, you are supposed to bring them yourselves, or pay for them: 9 euro per person! As soon as you arrive they tell you you'll have to pay for the electricity you use as well. Why can they not make this part of the initial cost? Are they afraid I charge an e-Car all day and night?
2) inflexibility: we had arrived with 2 cars and had only 1 free parking spot, which is no issue. But when we asked if we could rent another spot, the answer was plainly no. Although it was clear the weekend was not fully booked at all. The explanation was the owners could show up any time. But they clearly knew who to expect when, or at least know which facilities were up for rent but available. Just a "no"just didn't seem a good service.
We had requested a baby-bed, for our 6 week-old baby. Which was there when we arrived, bare. Nothing for the baby to actually sleep on. Are we expected to bring this along and know in advance what size the bed will be? What about travelers from far away?
No, this is not a place for a care-free holiday, if you don;t mind above issues it's still ok for you to check out though.
