An ideal base for battlefield touring in Wallonia. My air-conditioned room was modern, clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant provided a good breakfast and a range of dinner options. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking space available directly outside the hotel. There is some refurbishment work going on currently but this did not intrude into our five-night stay.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which is clearly needed, because the room is quite outdated with very old furniture and amenities. I couldn't get the A/C to work, but didn't bother asking about it as the weather was cool enough not to need it. The staff I interacted with was always professional, but one night (around 10:30pm) it took almost 30 minutes to find someone for the front desk to help both folks who were waiting to check in and to help me, as my room key stopped working.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of breads, meats, and pastries. The coffee machine was fine, though I wish there was filtered coffee available for larger portions as I kept having to go back to the machine to refill my cup.

Good hotel but some issues and poor value for money

Pretty disappointing hotel, high price, very low value for money. Stayed one night, during the recent very hot spell. Air conditioning in every room was a boast, never mentioned at check in that this wasn’t true. No issue with the room itself, but there was renovation work going on which did impact our stay. Lot of noise outside from 07:30 from builders. Really poor customer service that this wasn’t conveyed at check in. Prices should be reduced to reflect the on going renovation and the lack of air-con.

Building site around the hotel and inside. Noise and unpleasant.
Please avoid. Also too expensive for what they offer.
Breakfast very basic.
