Beautiful new hotel planned into an existing house, renovated with great attention to detail. Very tried and extremely friendly operators.

Disappointed :/

When my son, my husband and I arrived at Studio 17 we were surprised. It was advertised as an apartment with 2 bedrooms, but that wasn't the case. The whole area is more like a loft, with an event hall, kitchen, offices and working spaces around it. Very industrial for better or worse. The so-called bedroom was a box built in the middle of the space, without any windows but with 2 sliding doors. Actually , there were no windows anywhere, just a "terrace" which was surrounded by brick walls and a poster of a forest glued onto them. It felt like someone tried to make a living space out of an office. The apartment is indeed 10-15 minutes walk from the old city, but you must walk through a very shady and dirty neighborhood. If I would have been traveling solo, I wouldn't feel safe walking around there as a woman. We will not be back.

very mixed stay

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment but big disappointment regarding the non-existent breakfast even though it was one of the criteria in our search.
The price for 2 nights is expensive compared to the services which we did not benefit from without any explanation...
We had also received a favorable response for the use of the terminal for our electric car but we were prevented from using it

Fabulous place

On arrival the owner was friendly and informative about the area, pointing out place on a map. Even told us of a very nice dog friendly restaurant. The apartment was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great host and appartment

Stayed in the large 2 bed apartment. The apartment and outside area are both amazing, also included breakfast which is great the morning after a day drinking Belgian beer! Serge, the host also couldn't do enough for us.
