Live the castle life
Fantastic experience in a beautifully restored old castle, my room was on the top floor including the turret tower which has been cleverly converted into a shower room with 270 degree views. The on site restaurant Aurum is amazing, top class dishes with local ingredients and overall amazing staff making the experience extra special. Highly recommended.

Magnificent stay
Very pleasant stay. Just one small negative point, when we entered the bathroom in the room, it smelled a bit. The ventilation had to be turned on for a minute for this odor to disappear. Very comfortable bedding, charming and very polite staff, very helpful and above all extremely kind and smiling. Excellent food at Bistro Richard. Hearty and refined breakfast. Quiet, very clean place with a park for walks and having a drink with some entertainment and themed afternoons. Place full of charm and to be recommended and revisited. I recommend it without hesitation.

Top top top hotel and restaurant.
Great hotel. Friendly staff and super good food. We have been there a few times and we will definitely return there many times. Highly recommended for everyone.

Magical
We booked one night of our honeymoon trip here, and couldn't have been happier with our experience. We explored the wellness center, pear orchard, and the rest of the grounds, and had a wonderful night's sleep in our majestic room. We loved the quiet atmosphere, the luxury, the history, the food, and the service. I really can't think of anything that could have been improved upon. We were there during a heat wave, so I'm sure the sauna, hammam, and infrared chairs would be much cozier in the winter, but the massage chair was so relaxing. The whole estate is just full of stunning architecture and beautifully manicured gardens, trees, lawns, and moat complete with lilies and Koi. The breakfast spread was the best of our entire trip, and I especially loved the pear preserves from the pears on the estate. We definitely felt like royalty in our beautifully furnished room and with every thoughtful touch, like a mending kit, slippers and robe, fresh fruit and bottled drinks, etc.
