Bad hotel!

Extremely dirty rooms, walls dirty, curtains full of dirty stains. On the doors fingers of the predecessors! Breakfast is definitely not worth 4 stars, unsociable space, little choice. Never again!!!

Run away

Run away from the worst hotel I've made in my life I don't know where they got their 4 stars the staff explain to us nothing how it works for the spa etc... The rooms run down no maintenance more joint on the tiles the shower tray they must have nice leakage room in bad condition photo to support the garage 25€ at night and we go in an elevator I think security level we are not good if there is fire or if the elevator breaks down your more car. So much room I took 30 min to be able to maneuver without scratching my car the gym and in the basement like fire we do what? Let's talk about the spa it opens from 5 pm to 9 pm cold pool and spa it's 1m2 it can accommodate 4 people considering the number of people in the hotel its actually frustrated I think it's a big scam this hotel go to the Royal Astrid they they didn't steal their stars

Not worth 4 stars!

I cannot recommend this hotel at all. I booked here because of the good reviews and the hotel's 4 stars.
On-site parking spaces always occupied. The hotel's underground garage is so tight that we slammed the car into the side when driving into the elevator... We described this to the staff, they didn't care and were very incompetent.... had paid 50!€ for parking! ....Check-in a total disaster... We waited for 3/4 of an hour and the staff worked in slow motion (only 2 people at the reception and one kept running out)
Staff totally unfriendly. The room was OK in itself, but for a 4-star hotel one would have expected more. We had mold in the shower and the shower drain smelled.
Breakfast was not particularly great. Very little selection and the rolls, probably baked from the day before, were totally hard. The bacon and the egg were already totally cold at 8 a.m. (breakfast admission 8 a.m.)
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel!!!

Insufficient hygiene worth 2 stars

We were there for 1 night and just as well. We paid 180 euros with breakfast for 2 people.
Room not clean there were still hairs of the cleaning woman or previous guests. Bathroom in the corners dirty with soap residue. Faucets clean and shower head.
Beds; feel the springs sit like your light.
Far too little light in the room as well as in the hallway. That way, of course, you don't see any of the hygiene. If it were bright light we'd be even more faded.
Worth 2 stars.
On bookings good revieuws but is therefore fake!
Don't book. Hotel east or bero seems better

Money not worth

Outdated hotel, unhygienic, lots of noise, staff VERY unfriendly, and especially expensive
