We had the suite with its own lovely terrace. The room and bathroom was large, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Poperinge is a small town, but well located in relation to the area's attractions.

From our welcome to our departure, the hotel met and exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room extremely comfortable and the location was very convenient to all that we wanted to do and see in the area. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Nice location, good beds and super breakfast!

The lesser first, nowhere mentioned that the stairs to our room was so steep. ( Frimout room )
Maybe we would have booked another room if we'd known.
Parking requested but turned out not to be necessary, square next to hotel is free parking on Sundays. We had to figure it out ourselves.
Parking of hotel was full by group of vintage cars. So I had to drag my photography material all the way to the room.
The toilet, bathroom and room are not separated.
So when you're in the toilet, the other person in the room hears and smells everything. Not nice.
And many small unfinished things, such as visible power cables, not painted boards, and doors that don't close correctly, not connected TV cabinet and some trifles.
The better things : two folding windows that transform into a mini terrace each.
Good beds.
Very friendly staff.
Nice location.
And a more than great breakfast.
Someone who freshly bakes your eggs or cooks them as desired!
Nice hotel, nice accommodation fine people.

Whilst there is a lift to the 1st floor, the stairs are incredibly shallow and curved making them quite dangerous. Whilst they do accept pets when we got there we were charged €40 extra for the dog for
1 night.
