I really enjoyed my stay at Pickwick Hotel. It was very clean, floors spotless you can eat off it, noise free. Great aircondition half the time I didn’t use it because of the cool sea breeze Friendly and helpful staff. Great view of the sea. What I liked most attendants are only in your room if you ask for service. I did not go to the casino.

I want to be careful about this review bc the experience was just neutral. Not good not bad just unorthodox! I never felt unsafe but I just wasn’t at ease. First the hotel is on the 4th floor of an office building that’s attached to a casino. There are literal businesses below & above you. You will receive an actual key! Like a house key! There are no amenities such as pool, gym, breakfast, etc bc the hotel is only the 4th floor and only about 25 rooms. It was VERY clean, staff were very friendly but the vibe was just weird to me. You hear Everytime bc it’s literally an office building!! It looked and felt exactly like your in an office building turn to a hotel. The hotel is in an area where there is a casino, food, park, clubs, beach water( not a swimming area). My experience sort of felt like a what you ordered vs what you received type of experience/situation BUT you wouldn’t bother sending the item back! Had I known it was like it was I wouldn’t booked it but if I HAD to stay there again it would be ok until I found another hotel. It’s just a very strange experience but not unsafe! I know had they told me check in was on the 4th floor before the day of check in, my antenna's would have been up & i’d changed it but we were stuck there for the night! Again it wasn’t a bad experience just an odd one.

Cold AC. Like really cold. Very big room with a nice size bathroom. Lovely view. A few night clubs, restaurants and bars in the area. Its next to small casino if you like slits and black jack. The adjacent restaurant food is good service super slow. The receptionist was very polite personable and informative. The security guy is funny and he makes music. Overall great experience would stay again

It was great to get to the hotel and my request was granted; everything was clean; my room had the air conditioning on and it felt great!!!
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Personable and hospitable staff with knowledge of the surrounding area. Exceptional service.
