We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon.

Poorly managed

The hotel is ill prepared for groups.
Running out of basic supplies like Kleenex, shutting the hot water off at night so we have to wait in the morning for it, a sub standard buffet with cold eggs in the morning, and meals promised at a certain time only to be served late are just some of the issues.
On the plus side, the place is clean, the pool is well maintained, and the staff is doing its best.
Unfortunately, the above issues indicate poor management.

Bad reception and service in an unfinished hotel.

The entrance to the hotel is bad and unfinished. The reception is narrow and probably also temporary. The restaurant looks good and also a small swimming pool in the backyard. The access to the rooms is not good due to the sloping floor which became slippery in the rain at night. No water in the toilet and sink the first night. The first night I also did not get a key and had to ask for it to be opened for me every time I needed to go into the room. Later I got a key and the water in the toilet and sink was fixed. Stayed for three nights and on the last night we did not get dinner, which had been ordered in advance. After about two hours of waiting, a poorly served dinner did arrive.

Good service!!!

We had a good service. Super comfortable bed. Well-educated employees. Air-conditioned full of ice cream. Good experience. We were well oriented as to where to go to meet. Clean pool, a good location and affordable price.
