The hotel is beautiful
The hotel is beautiful. Not enough breakfast. But next to the cafe) it's the first time in town. They told me at the reception where to go, what to see. A magnet from the AMAX Bobruysk Hotel was given as a souvenir, it was nice. I'll definitely recommend it for living.

Disappointment with the AMACS network
Reserving a room at this chain hotel was set for a warmer welcome. In fact, a scoop scoop.
start over: the hotel does not have its own parking. There are car spaces in front of the main entrance. But that's where anyone parks. You will be offered parking outside the hotel building. Your car will be parked in the mud (if it rains) Because it's not trivialized. There are no security cameras anywhere. To my "how so" question, the girl at the front desk said: there is a camera at the distribution point of the chain mass market. Yes, the courtyard locks, BUT! upon departure (we left in the morning, around 10:00) you will have to open this gate yourself (it is not right next to the entrance) and return the lock with the key to the receptionist.
Rooms (we had a standard), tired , but kind. Air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge.
The bed is GREY. And the towels too. Room has shower gel and... that's it. No shampoo, no shower caps, no shoespoons.... BUT! everything can be purchased at reception.
I want to ask: how does the hotel go about its certification?
When we checked in, we were told there would be breakfast. This is the biggest disappointment. breakfasts from 8:00 to 10:00. In fact, breakfast doesn't show up before 8.30. Breakfast is declared continental. Apparently, taking advantage of the lack of a clear definition of this concept in the legal framework, the management does not want to bother with the guests' wishes. We were offered : sausages, eggs and porridge to choose from: herculean or rice. and served this: ALL ON THE SAME PLATE, like pigs. Do you want more? - no. all in portions.
Bread is cut right on the bar counter, without boards or other sanitary paraphernalia. to my question: will cheese or butter be by coffee, I was told quite bluntly that "for that kind of money you want a lot." What money? - it remains unclear.
The next day, the ladies at reception gave us food. Almost everything was cold....I had to go ,breakfast at the establishment ,located nearby.
The only advantage of this hotel is location.
But since I had lived in this town before, I knew it.

Impressions of 2023
I recently spent 10 days, 9 nights at the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk - a long enough period to accumulate some observations and facts.
The main advantage of this hotel is its convenient location in the city center. From here to any attractions and shops of the city - it’s just a stone’s throw, everything important is very close. And the beautiful hotel tower can serve as a landmark in many places in the city. And also very friendly, friendly staff at the reception, ready to answer any question and help with everything.
But, unfortunately, this time the pros end, I move on to listing the cons. In general, I am very unpretentious, after breakfast I go for a walk for the whole day, return late in the evening - at 22, 23, 0.00, I sleep soundly, no matter what the walls and guests are, so I usually have nothing to complain about. But not at this time. I'll break down the disadvantages point by point.
1. It was in room 412, where I lived this time, that there was very poor Wi-Fi. Or rather, it was only in one place - right at the front door to the room. As soon as you took a couple of steps deeper into the room, he disappeared. It was impossible to call or write - messages were not sent, calls did not go through, Wi-Fi constantly dropped out. It only lasted for 1-2 seconds if you moved away from the door. Therefore, we had to communicate only either standing at the threshold, or sitting there on the nightstand.
I note that last year there was excellent Wi-Fi in another room on the same 4th floor!! (I think I lived in room 420 at the time). This time I told the reception about the problem, but it was never resolved. Conclusion: you don’t need to offer number 412 to anyone if you know that nothing can be done there to make the Internet work properly. And if you can, then do it!
2. In ALL HOTELS, hygiene supplies - shampoo and gel - are provided EVERY DAY, BUT NOT AT "AMAX Premier Hotel BOBRUISK"!! The receptionist told me about this: “not every day.” For me it’s just crazy: a small bag of shampoo and a small bag of gel to regret. I have NEVER encountered such petty savings in any hotel in Belarus or other countries.
3. Breakfast is very poor and monotonous. Always pancakes. True, there is a choice of fillings: cottage cheese / chicken / cheese with ham. Plus 1 small Vitosha waffle and 1 tea bag.
But what about fruits, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers), scrambled eggs, porridge, yoghurts at worst? There should be variety in the choice of dishes!! There are people allergic to dairy, napiser, and what should they eat if you only have pancakes? Of course, you can buy a lot of what you’re missing in the store, since it’s nearby. But not all people (let’s say someone on a business trip) have free time to go to shops and cafes, and AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk is the first hotel in my life that offers such a poor breakfast. By the way, in the last 2 days before departure, the sour cream that was poured on top of the pancakes ran out. If I had known that there would be no sour cream for more than 1 day, I would have bought a jar as a gift for the hotel. Hotel guests already have almost nothing to eat for breakfast, and now this ingredient has been removed.
4. Both times, when the roll ran out, I asked for toilet paper myself at the reception desk! The maid did not follow this at all. She only removed the garbage from the bin in the bathroom, but did not hang up new paper, did not make the bed, and ignored the “room cleaning required” sign hung on the door. In the bathroom it says that if you want the towels changed, you need to remove them from the hooks and hang them on the shower stall. When I did this + hung a sign “room cleaning required”, the result was 0. Only in a personal conversation did the maid understand that the bed and towels should have been changed a day ago. She did it, but a day late.
So, let me summarize. Finding Wi-Fi only at the front door, running to the reception for toilet paper and hearing from an employee that gel and shampoo are not given out every day - these are new impressions of my life in hotels. When I paid for breakfast, sour cream was probably included in the price, but for the last 2 days of my stay neither I nor anyone else had it. On the last day, I accidentally broke a mouthwash glass in the bathroom because I put 2 regular-sized flat peaches on the shelf where it stood, and the shelf couldn’t support their weight and tilted down. The fastenings on this shelf, of course, are made somehow, “they are held on by snot.” But I paid 50 BYN for a broken glass. Of course, this price fits into the hotel price list, but it doesn’t fit into my head. 1634 Russian rubles for a small glass cup from which you can rinse your mouth!! And on the last day, when I pulled out all the things from the closet, it almost fell on me. It holds up somehow, just like the shelf in the bathroom.
I hope that the administration of the AMAKS Premier Hotel Bobruisk will help ensure that there is stable Wi-Fi in room 412, that the breakfasts are more varied, that the maids perform all their duties except taking out the trash, and that gel and shampoo appear regularly in the bathrooms rooms. And then your stay at your hotel will become as comfortable as possible for everyone.

Good chioce for business or leisure stay
Stayed ther one night on a business trip. Got a booking easy and straight away. The hotel is very much in the centre of the town however rooms are very quiet. The girls at reception are very accomodating and helpful. The room was clean, basic but even had a fridge. They are in the middle of changing their breakfast routine but what I had was nice and tasty.
Would definitely recommend for a stay if you happen to be in Babruisk.
