Pinewood hotel near the Neman River.

Charming "bar manor" style hotel. They took a suite for New Year's Eve with river windows. Beautiful room with thematic design in a nice color scheme. In-room refrigerator, tea and coffee set, chocolate, glasses, plates, kettle, bathrobes, slippers, toothshakes, pasta, washcloth, good make-up, towels for all places, upholstered bed linen, etc. The charming and polite girls at the reception helped us with all the questions. Inexpensive custom breakfasts at The Coast Bar. There's pool. The hotel is in the pinewoods on the very well maintained territory of the recreation center, where you can prepare barbecues, have fun yourself, for the children splinter - swings, attractions, grounds. There's a bathhouse on the banks of the Neman that you have to book in advance. The hotel is located outside the city, to the center of kilometers 10, there is no restaurant or cafe near (promised to build) . So only by your car or taxi, lunch and dinner either with you, or delivery or departure to the city.

Останавливались в отеле по пути из Польши в Москву, жили в главном здании, номер хороший, фото соответствует, завтрак посредственный в тесной комнате, персонал на завтраке очень не приветливый. Все было бы хорошо, но...в 11 утра на территории отеля врубают музыку и у вас под окнами начинают бегать дети, развлекательные программы и тому подобное. Согласитесь, это не то, на что вы рассчитываете заплатив немаленькие деньги и желая отдохнуть в тишине на природе)) об этом никто не предупреждает при заселении и нигде не анонсируется. На обращение к администрации нам ответили по-простому: да, а что такого, люди так отдыхают и развлекаются у нас в городе‍♀️.
Резюмируя, на мой личный взгляд не стоило смешивать отель для отдыха и развлекательную площадку, очень много где ездили и нигде такого не встречали, контингент у таких мест совершенно разный и люди после гулянок не будут останавливаться в таком дорогом отеле и наоборот. Поспать вам не удасться. Сюда уж точно не стоит приезжать.
