visit failed....
at night (in December) frozen, slept in clothes :) the smell in the room is unpleasant - whether it is smoke or it is the smell of an old carpet...
Breakfast is free even for the child, full price, and cold.
I try never to write bad reviews. so , I won't write about the rest, maybe people according to the circumstances suit the location:) the only plus- checked out without problems, refunded for the following days..

A nice hotel for your money.
You needed a low-cost hotel in the center, overnight trips around Belarus. The hotel fully meets expectations. They ordered without breakfast.
The rooms and especially the bathrooms are small and a little tired, otherwise a regular room for 3 stars, you should not wait for a good cosmetic set.
Clean, comfortable outlets by the bed, nice towels.
Excellent location: near both a good shopping mall and a viewing platform in Belarus, the collection area of the tours was reached on foot. Nice view from the window

This is my first time in Belarus. The first couple of days we stayed in this lovely hotel. I would highly recommend!

Great budget hotel! The main impressions are clean and delicious!
Jubilee Hotel. Minsk.
The location of the hotel is very successful - near the Nemiga Metro (minutes 5 on foot, one bus stop). The upper city is 20 minutes on foot without rushing (3-4 bus stops). Three minutes shopping mall Gallery with branded shops and food courts, as well as hypermarket Hippo open until the middle of the night. And in walking distance a number of popular restaurants, cafes, branded chocolate and garment shops, etc.
The bus stop is right at the hotel doorstep. From it we travelled by land without transfers to the main attractions, as well as to the National Library, Bot.sad, brewery, Komarovsky market, etc. A little longer than the subway, but you look out the window and you get another kind of small tour of the city. )))
In the hotel we lived together, on the 10th floor, a twin room with beautiful views of the Svisloči River, Victory Park and Starostinská Sloboda Square.
The room is very clean. Everything is carefully cleaned, no dirt or dust, even on the windowsills, where dust is usually always collected from the street. Carpeting, though not new, presents a few small stains from the formerly resident slobs, but cleansed out on conscience.
It's a small number, and it's often penalized in reviews, but we don't have balls there. The furniture is simple, not carved oak, naturally, but at the same time it does not look very old, no scratches and other traces of long-lasting use. Arranged competently, comfortable. Only one bedside table disturbed the harmony, stuck almost in the middle of the room. We moved her to the window, to the legs of the bed and everything worked out right. Coffee shop, aka tea table on wheels, easy to pin to beds and in the evening to eat with local tasties. There were cups/platters, glasses, stirring sticks (not spoons). There's no kettle, but there's a cooler with mountains/holiday water on the floor. I'm a squeamish man, I don't like coolers. It's not known when they were last cleaned or who lives inside... But in this case the water was free of foreign smells and shades, visually clear. After making the tea with hot water, everyone was alive and well.)))
The room window has a two-position sash position: fully open or recline 30 degrees at an angle. The curtains are fabric, very dense and heavy, excellent for protection from early light. Except the intersection of the two major streets near the hotel made itself felt at night. If you leave the windows open, it's noisy, I was sleeping. So from the evening they closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning. It is excellent, fully functional, all adjustments work, does not squeak and does not make foreign sounds (seen and such in other hotels). We didn't have a remote control in our room, I guess we could have asked at the front desk. But we created a virtual remote in the cell phone and used it perfectly.)))
Flat TV with remote, many Russian-language programs (more than a dozen exactly): news, movie programs and regular. Special to watch was leisure, like most tourists, we arrived in the room late, teatime and fell asleep.
Nice mattresses, pillows and bed linen, after a day of walking tours and evening/night walks sleeping like dead, I didn't remember a bad back. In his native home on a pontifical orthopaedic mattress, sometimes he doesn't sleep like that.)))
Our room had a clean little fridge, no freezer really. As a bar, I guess. Although when I called the hotel at the time of booking and checked this point, I was told there were no refrigerators in the rooms. Apparently we were lucky and he was very handy. We always had a supply of cold drinks and fruit for the evening.
The bathroom is small. Two steps forward, one sideways. And a miniature shower enclosure. The shower on the counter is removable. Who cares, and for me, it matters when the shower isn't screwed to death at ceiling level, as it sometimes is. The plumbing is very clean! Three types of towels - facial, bath and foot/mat. The towels are white, practically new, beautiful quality, cotton, perfectly absorbing water. It's nice to use. Only the ones you put on the floor change. Or if you meet staff in the hallway with a cleaning car, you can change online.
Bathrobes, slippers, all accessories, including toothbrushes, pastes, etc. can be bought at the reception or at the nearest store (if you forget your homes). From the washing-up utensils are two small tablets of soap and two small shampoo sachets. Supplemented as used without reminders. We had everything we had, so we didn't put too much pressure on the hotel.
There was always hot water, without interruption, with good pressure. Also contrary to the reviews read about its occasional absence and poor quality.
On the floor, right in the hallway, for common use stands an ironing board and an iron. One day they even caught two of these sets, from the next floor did someone bring them?
Only breakfasts were included in our reservation service. Which ones! The food at the hotel was very, very good! Generous and delicious buffet! Surprisingly good coffee, I don't know what brand, but me, a hardened coffee man, was just a balm to my soul not translucent nasty bitter slurry, but a strong pleasant espresso, small in volume, about a 50ml portion, as it should be. Therefore, three brews fit into the dining cup to avoid running again.)))
Two types of porridge - semolina and oatmeal, on milk, very delicious. Three kinds of cheese, butter, sausage, cottage cheese, sour cream, natural yogurt. All locally produced, excellent quality! Always three kinds of fresh vegetable salads. My favorite is fresh cucumber, apple, chicken, egg and leaf salad. Chopping fresh (namely fresh, not laid out yesterday) vegetables and fruits. The pickles are olives, cornichon pickles, tomatoes.
Omelette and glaze; really MEATY, thick sausages in a natural shell or meat balls in a sauce, generous slices of baked, non-fat bujenina (this, by the way, has not been found in any hotel in Europe, much less Asia), some sausages (have not tried). Garnishes - no pasta and cereals, potatoes boiled with dill and baked, stewed or baked vegetable mix. Cheeses made of cottage cheese (not starched flour) are just a treat, pancakes with fillings of apples, cottage cheese. Local yoghurt and sour cream are such that they say a spoon is worth it! Here's where you wish you had eight stomachs like the unforgettable American foreign-paying Alpha.
I don't know why some residents in the reviews wrote about the paucity and non-cassockiness of food. Maybe they were unlucky at the time. We didn't have five- to 10-star breakfasts!
Despite the large number of rooms (and occupants) tables were always available. Perhaps because we had breakfast either very early if we had a field trip to take, or near the end of the feeding time if we went out ourselves and could sleep longer.

The CV is a great hotel, and I'm glad that in its favor we gave up the Hampton Hilton, which was also considered an option, at our peril. Yes, we didn't have hotel gowns, slippers and pontoons, but the price difference is worth the loss. Plus, we didn't live practically at the train station where the Hamptons are located, too, so much fun. We paid almost half as much for a stay in Jubilee as we would have in the Hamptons, the service got no worse (a buddy lived in the Hamptons and shared his experiences). And with the money we saved, we also went on tours and went to restaurants.

Really good hotel for what paid. The hotel is very old, still soviet style furnished, but functional and clean. The location was good near to the city center and to Nyamiga metro station and to Galleria Mall. Inportant for international travellers, at the reception they do speak english and they are really helpful. Parking is free which is not usual for european hotels, breakfast is russian style, but good and reach one.
