Astoria
The hotel is, without exaggeration, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It perfectly combines modern luxury, impeccable service and attention to every detail.
The hotel is brand new, stylish and very fresh. The interiors are in perfect taste, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the quality of finishes, furniture and all materials is felt in literally everything. You can see they didn't skimp on any details here.
Staff work at the highest level: friendly, professional and always available to help. The atmosphere is conducive to a full rest and leaves the most pleasant experience.
If you are looking for a truly premium hotel in Minsk that meets the global standards of the Waldorf Astoria chain, I strongly recommend. It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to, and I'd love to come back here again.

Great High Tea experience
My fiends and I got to experience the High Tea ceremony at the hotel, and all of us felt very welcome and special. One of us is vegan, but we only mentioned it to the staff when we were already there (our mistake). Regardless, the chef himself treated us with a whole vegan meal to accommodate for that one person. Granted, he had the time and was able to do it, but he absolutely didn’t have to and yet chose to go above and beyond. The service was outstanding, literally everything we tried tasted great. We left there full and happy with the food, the ambience, the conversation, the service. Also have to mention that staff spoke English which was very handy. And lastly - the design of everything from the Belarusian ornaments to the tea plates is so tasteful.

Impressions of Waldorf Astoria Minsk Hotel
The holiday was family. Breakfast is great and spa area . From 12.06.2026 to 15.06.2026 On the first day wrote the concierge what is missing in the room while we were in the spa area 2.5 hours. The only thing that didn't bring us anything was meeting the cleaner on the floor by chance. On the three day cleaning there was no toilet paper, also the staff is completely not replenishing hygienic obstetrics . On the first day of arrival visited the restaurant Mramor (it is declared as the best in Minsk ) ordered hamon (it was rotten smelled ) , came a day later to the same restaurant marble : in the Menu did not turn out : neither lamb's kare nor ravioli. With lobster, no asparagus and no steak . A fresh berry tartlet came from the freezer( . - this is the best restaurant . Let's go to the bar to get dumplings. They're not available either. There are many questions for this hotel.

Fantastic new hotel, the best in Minsk
This brandnew hotel has the perfect location, right above the river and the old town of Minsk. Beautiful international design (without any special connection to Belarus). Spectacular lobby. Excellent buffet breakfast. You immediately feel that the Waldorf Astoria Minsk is managed to the highest standards.

Bad, just a shame.
A brand new, beautiful and clean hotel with a disgusting level of service, meaning the service is simply not available. Starting with the cleaning of the rooms, the room was not cleaned at all at 6 p.m. Evening room preparation service - 2 candy from the cleaning lady passed over the threshold and disgruntled face when required to perform proper service, room for bed was never prepared. At the hotel restaurant in the lobby, part of the lunch came cold after 40 minutes. The main courses weren't tolerated at all. The spa is worth a separate review. According to undisclosed unspoken rules, children were denied visits at 6 p.m., behaved with the utmost disrespect. It was said that children would interfere with the 2nd guests who were relaxing at the spa at the time. Kids don't count as guests at this hotel. After a very long search, the children were generously allowed into the spa area, which ended up with no guests. Empty. No one from the hotel management has apologized to us. It's unacceptable for a hotel of this level, the staff of the Waldorf Astoria are shaming the name. In hotels of this level, among other things, the client always receives a YES for any request. That's what the hospitality staff have been and will continue to be taught, but the staff of this hotel behave as if guests have come and gone and are seriously disrupting their work. After visiting this hotel, I have a feeling of a split personality, a magnificent hotel with disgusting staff who allow themselves to humiliate guests and lack of service. All complaints were ignored by the hotel management, which further confirms the low level of training of the staff and the lack of intentions to properly implement the service.
