The hotel is no longer in business but they did not have the manners to inform hotels.com; we only found out that the hotel was shut down when we got there.
The owners just don’t care, they’re absolutely disgusting.

Unorganised and terrible service!! Lots of lying

This place is the pits received a confirmation letter for the booking but on arrival they knew nothing about the booking, not enough toilet paper or towels and no hot water in any room.
We asked for a fan the gentleman tried to find one but could not give a time for it’s arrival because he failed to tell us the truth that it was coming from Gaborone.
We were told it will all be rectified next time we come.
There won’t be a next time!!!!
