Affordable, clean, and friendly hotel

I had a good stay at this hotel! there is hot water, wifi, good location and free breakfast also the staff are really friendly! I completely recommend it for a few days visit.

Basic hotel that has heating!

This is a basic hotel that offers a portable heater in the room (which is great as it’s cold in Uyuni). The lamp was broken but the heater light was bright so balanced out. There’s a small tv in the room and hotel offers a basic breakfast on the top floor. It did get noisy at night and the mornings especially when people were coming late back as they lock the reception doors and in the mornings but I was located by the stairs - I think if you were further in then you might not hear as much. I arranged an airport pick up as I arrived late in the evening (arranged the day before) but they forgot so I had to get a taxi. Lucky in Uyuni taxi have fixed rates of day time 10bob or 15bob at night to go to the city centre. Hostel is well located (there is a long corridor before you get to reception). There is a market on Thursdays which sells everything and close to the bus station. They don’t speak a lot of English here but they were nice and tried to be helpful. I booked my day trip to the Salt Flats here too which was reasonable.

Would not stay again

Stayed here for 1 night and that was enough. The rooms were basic and the showers were hot, however did wet the entire bathroom. The WiFi worked well. The rooms were not the cleanest, there were hairs in my bed. The breakfast was average with not much choice but that was expected. My biggest issue was we had some laundry done and when it was finally given back to us half of it was still wet meaning it was hard to pack it and I had to get it redone elsewhere. The staff were friendly however spoke no English so just be prepared if you speak no Spanish.

You get what you pay for

Very basic, cheap hotel. My room was not clean, there were lots of hair in the bathroom, the carpet was very dusty and there was trash left from the previous guest. However I was sick when I got there, so couldnt be bothered to change room. The shower only got lukewarm and left water all over the bathroom. Breakfast was fair, eggs and some fruit and white bread.

Nice price with good quality

I've been there solo, and the price for a single room is really good. The bath was clean and the bed really cosy. I'd recommend this hotel.
The location is close to the train station.
There is hot water and breakfast.
