The hostel was very clean and in an ideal location, but the host is what sets it apart from the rest! Taso gave us recommendations for all around the city and for a very reasonable price took my friend and I all over outer Mostar, including a delicious breakfast! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend that you do too!

Great experience in Mostar

Staying at Taso guest house is part of my great experience in Mostar. Taso being a very warm and genuine owner creates a nice atmosphere for guests to feel comfortable and like home even if for a few days.
Location is perfect and you get really nice recommendations about all you want to experience in Mostar. The place is clean and constantly being taken care of.

Perfect Stay at Tasos House, Mostar!

Tasos House Hostel is the perfect place to stay! Spotlessly clean, and ideally located near Stari Most, it offers comfortable rooms, and incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond to help.
Their day trip to Kravice Waterfalls, Blagaj Tekija, and Počitelj was a highlight, showcasing Herzegovina’s beauty. Returning to the hostel felt like coming home. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Feels like a stay with extended family

I loved this hostel! It was so clean and charming. I met some awesome fellow travelers and really bonded with them during the amazing tour Taso ran. The hostel is walking distance from the train station and right by old town. It was so easy to explore the area on foot from the hostel. Taso himself was just such a great guy to hangout with. He gave great recommendations and tips that I’m so grateful for. I tell everyone to stay at his hostel now because I had the best time there. I hope everyone who stays enjoys it as much as I did.

Best hostel in Mostar!

Taso's House is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. It is small and quaint, which made it feel very welcoming and like home. Taso was a great host, giving us great advice on what to see and do during our time in Mostar. The Discover Herzegovina day trip that Taso runs is so much fun! You get a mix of history and swim time, which makes for the perfect day. My friend and I had no plans for when we we came to Mostar, and we are so happy that we stayed at Taso's House as this made our time in Mostar so much fun! The air conditioning in the hostel is great, and the beds are comfortable. Taso brought our (very heavy) bags up to our room on the 2nd floor when we arrived, which was so courteous. When my friend and I weren't able to grab a taxi to the bus station due to all of them being busy, Taso's sister drove us to the bus station. Bosnian hospitality is unmatched, and this is a part of the world that everyone should visit. You will absolutely love your stay at Taso's House.
