Hotel located in a good position to the center, about 10 minutes walk
Clean structure and friendly staff, unfortunately we could not have breakfast because we had not warned.

Unfriendly people and not a nice place. Not clear information regarding the hotel and facilities. I would not recommend as there are nicer places in Mostar closer to the center and the bridge. I did not like it

4 stars motel? Sorry, not even close.
First impression – bad, no one was at the front desk. We were tired, it was hot as hell and we waited and waited, took this place around, but no one was there. We had to make a call and wait a bit more that someone finally showed up.
When we came into the room (number 202) we could smell cigarettes, although we made a reservation for non-smoking room. Also the owner said no one is allowed to smoke in this motel. But people smoke anyway. We didn’t only smell it, we also saw it.
No smoke detectors, no fire alarm, no evacuation plan.
The next down side is a noise from a road – terrible. Even with a window closed, still unbelievable noisy.
Small bathroom, too short shower curtain, water was all around.
One torn sheet, the other was not changed from previous guest. Blankets or covers were dirty, old and worn out.
Flat TV: good size and height, but no sharp picture. 17 channels: politics, news, politics … one Discovery. Not that important, just saying.
Unfortunately, there’s no fridge in the room. It would be really helpful to have at least a small fridge.
Wi-fi worked well when it worked.
No complimentary breakfast, you pay extra. Not bad, but the same every day. Juice was surprisingly tasty.
The lady of the house was in the breakfast room every morning, but no “good morning”, no “hello”, no “how are you, how were you sleeping” and no smile at all. Forget good manners with her. Luckily, the cleaning lady was there to help serve the breakfast - she was very nice and truly helpful.
Swimming pool was very small, didn’t look clean. The surroundings were untidy, sloppy.
The owner was funny, helpful and nice. I hope he tries a bit harder to put things in order. He could do much better, if he starts to pay attention to details.
The location of this motel is not so bad. Approx. ten minutes walk to the old town and Old Bridge. Mostar, old part of it, is definitely worth to experience. The food is good and cheap, people are very nice, jumps to the river Neretva are absolutely must see.

Very nice
Above expectations. This is not a big fancy hotel, but a cute, clean, refurbished motel with xellent service and staff. The owner speaks swedish, which is great when you are Norwegian

Simply great spot!
We - a group of 4 - went to Mostar for a city trip of two nights. Due to Tripadvisor we booked two rooms (one roadside, one backside) and were absolutely happy with our selection. Everything was clean, we enjoyed good WiFi and air conditioned rooms. Despite the fact that the Motel is located next to a busy street we were surprised by the silent rooms. Owner and staff are really friendly. We were welcomed with a drink (draft beer ;-). The owner also provided us useful recommendations for sightseeing in and around Mostar. By the way. The Motel is only a ten minute walk away of the Old Bridge and the old city center with the bazar and lots of good bars, cafes and restaurants. Optionally you can ask for a breakfast for 4€. We chose this opportunity and were more than satisfied with the offered food. Cereals, a variety of sausage and cheese, egg variations, juices and a very good coffee helped us to get perfectly started. After a long day you can sit outside next to the Motel and enjoy a last drink. Maybe not the nicest place in Mostar, but the shortest to an excellent accommodation. The price for the rooms was more than affordable, taking into account the travel season. Absolutely recommended!!!
