I’m in love with this place and can’t wait to visit this place again!!!
We were staying in this hotel for 5 nights and I need to tell everyone that this place worth every euro you spend! Service is strong 5 stars! You will see all Bosnian welcoming in this place!
*Food 5 stars, everything is cooked fresh and soooo delicious!
*Nights we spent there were super quiet even if you leave the window open you will hear artificial waterfall which is at the hotel territory! You even don’t need to use earplugs! Really!!! (The only thing that early in the mornings in the city all mosques play “azan” so you need to be ready for that and if you don’t want to hear it just close your window, but we enjoyed that for real:)))) In every number they have air condition so you can make comfortable temperature in your room even if outside is +40 degrees :))) And beds are incredibly comfortable so if you are tall there is much space for you! 5 stars!
*Location is the best - you are in the middle of everything!!! 5 stars!
*Everything is clean and well prepared for your arrival and during your stay there is always somebody who can help you! 5 stars!
If that would be possible I would give you all 500000 stars!

A Charming and Memorable Stay in the Heart of Mostar ✨

Our experience at Hotel-Restaurant Kriva Ćuprija was absolutely wonderful. The location could not be better — right in the heart of Mostar’s historic center, just steps away from the iconic Old Bridge, while still offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere.
The hotel itself is full of charm and character, beautifully combining traditional Bosnian style with comfort and elegance. The room was extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which provided excellent rest after a full day exploring the city.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the hotel’s young and highly professional team. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and sincere care for the guests created a warm and personal experience that we will always remember.
The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere that perfectly matches the charm of Mostar.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mostar.

Feeling at home in Mostar!
This is really an exceptional place to stay in Mostar. It was actually part of what we will always remember about our visit there. The hotel is in a perfect location, steps away from the old bridge. Our superior double room was great - large, clean, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, and a balcony with a beautiful view and the sound of the river below. Breakfast offering was broad and tasted great. What really made our stay there so nice though was the service. Every staff member was great at what they did, but more than that they were all so friendly and eager to make sure we had a great stay. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Jenet, Adin and Semir! It’s clear they all love their jobs and making people happy. Kudos as well to the head manager, who we learned works hard to keep the staff loyal and happy, supporting their education, paying them well, and taking them on a team building trip together in the off season. We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but this one stands out as a special place because of how the people that work there made us feel at home.

This is such a gem! The first thing to mention is that everyone working in the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL, always kind, friendly, and helpful! Thank you so much! Other than that, the room was comfy, the food was fantastic, and the location was unbeatable! We definitely recommend Kriva Cuprija, and hope to be back ourselves one day!

I stay in a lot of hotels both in my professional life and personal and I can honestly say you will not find a better hotel anywhere in the world . The building is quirky and full of character nonetheless, it’s modern and well maintained. We didn’t eat in the restaurant the one night we stayed there but if the breakfast was anything to go by , we missed out because the choice was outstanding !
Then what can I say about the staff ?
Nothing is too much trouble . Everything was beautifully explained, all your needs were catered for and they went above and beyond helping you with every aspect from parking to carrying luggage , they were superb !
If I could go back there tomorrow, I would !
