worst experience of my life

place is a scam
they lie about the price and charge more for a small place
the pictures look better than what it is
when we had issues with an awful smell in the bathroom their response was to “air it out” and to “flush the toilet several times”
they loaded it up with chemicals and called it a day with no fix and a constant horrid smell
they “cleaned” the place but nothing was clean. they didnt change any sheets, or towels. floors are dirty your feet will get seasoned
they didnt serve breakfast even though it’s advertised
when asked about breakfast they said there is none and then admitted they just didnt serve us any
the staff is rarely here
a guest came up to me asking where the staff is so he could pay and leave
they expect you to water their plants and move their furniture
a/c consistently went out
we have No space
and when we tried to discuss it they acted as if we were in the wrong for picking this place.
save your money and run.

Fantastic stay

I absolutely loved my stay at Villa Lipa. Miran and his family were wonderful hosts. Whatever I needed, whether it be a special breakfast request or money exchanged, he was eager to help. Very impressive service! The place itself is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the views are amazing. I loved waking up to the sun shining through the flowers on my balcony, looking up at the mountains surrounding the city. It can’t get much better than that! It's in a good location too. Not a far walk from the town center and other sights. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing hospitality

Villa Lipa provides everything you could need to enjoy your visit to Mostar. Located in a prime spot near the old market and bridge only a 5 minute walk down a classic and beautiful European street that runs along the river. Our group had all 4 rooms this wonderful place has to offer, upon checking in we were personally escorted to the private secure parking that is offered for free and then given welcoming drinks in their dining room. The rooms are spotless, and have all the amenities you would need and cold AC for summer visits. The breakfast that is offered is substantial and is a perfect start to the day. The young man I spoke with was very attentive and wanted nothing more than to ensure we had an amazing time.

Great family run place

We Stayed at Villa Lipa for a night August 2018, we had all 4 apartments rented and had a gread experience, the host was very hospitable and pleasant, they had clean rooms with working AC in all rooms, they also offer free parking to guests. Villa Lipa is a short walk to the Old Bridge and the Bazaar, there are lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Great place to spend a cpl nights.
