Best lodging in Neum
When staying in Neum, this is the place to stay. I wish we would have stayed here our whole trip. The hotel is nice and clean, lobby is fairly updated. Rooms are a little old and our room had AC issues. The staff is so nice. We had Katarina check us in and she was AMAZING!! So friendly and professional. She tried to do everything to help us all with the biggest smile, I can’t say enough nice things about her! All the staff we encountered were nice and professional. The location is great, it is a fun walk down quite a few steps to the beach. Very close though. And the pool and pool view was beautiful!

If I could I would give 0 Stars....
Staff unfriendly, not helpful at all. Rooms very dirty , hair in the bathroom, bathtub has been pasted together with silicon and mortar... toilet was clean.
NO BERVAGES for breakfast!!! After asking for coffee or tea or juice or even water the staff said no coffee or tea ....then we got tea from the cafe next door we have been presenter a bill ...where in the world does one need to pay for hot beverages when the breakfast is supposedly included in the room prices....by the way 84€ for a double room....

Very nice stay
I spent 7 days in this hotel in the beginning of August 2020. We had half board. The room was big, bathroom and balcony with a sea view also very spacious. The food was excellent both for breakfast and dinner and the personnel kind. Even 210 steps on the stairway to the beach was beneficial for health. The outside swimming pool is very nice and photogenic. I recommend

Very good experience
We spent summer vacation at this hotel and had half bord service.
First of all, everyone has to know that this is a 3* hotel, so all your expectations must be according to the category of 3*.
In general this hotel has officially this category, but the real experience does not match this evaluation. The building and equipment (pools, bar, restaurant) itself are only one part of good stay and vacation. The people i.e. staff are the most important factors for good stay. The biggest advantage is staff in this case. Very friendly staff is ready to help you all the time.
We would use this opportunity to praise Mrs. Jasna- chief of the restaurant as well as staff at the restaurant Mrs. Radmila and Ms. Samira, Mr. Pavao and Mr. Stojan- barman.
In a word the service at this hotel could be described as:
- clean hotel and room (high level hygiene)
- comfortable room with sea view (very relaxing)
- excellent food for each taste.
Disadvantages:
- there is no elevator at the hotel (4 floors, but after around 200 stairs from the beach.... good preparation for the Olympic Games :)
- a way to the beach (around 200 stairs) but as it was mentioned at the beginning of this review it is 3* hotel (so you can understand this as additional information about location of the hotel; this is more information than disadvantage).
As a conclusion we would say, go and enjoy in sea view and very good atmosphere and service that is rarely found even in very luxurious hotels.

We will never get back here again
The experience with this hotel is one of the worst we have ever had! On a good day only one person in the entire hotel could speak English. They talk to you in the native language and when/if you don’t understand they sometimes started yelling. The staff was very rood and not at all willing to help us with anything.
The air condition didn’t work and our sink in the bathroom broke. The ceiling was a mess and the only thing the cleaning lady did was making the bed and folding the used towels - not changing them.
As for the breakfast there was not much to brag about. Everything contained sugar and nothing was fresh. If you would like a coffee which is drinkable you have to go to the bar to pay for it.
During the entire afternoon you can’t eat of drink(!) at the hotel. So if you need lunch or just a bottle of water you have to go to either the beach or the main road.
