Unfortunately this was just a bed to sleep in. There were no staff whatsoever during our stay, it was deserted. Our room had other people’s hair on the bed, scrunched up water bottles in the bathroom, a plate with chewed food and cigarette butts on the balcony. The guide book left in the room stated it came with complimentary tea, coffee, water, bathrobe and slippers but none to be seen-seemed many years out of date. The hallway has rubbish on a random table. Most of all the cleanliness of the hotel was far from acceptable. I travelled with my husband and 2.5 year old son and would say this wouldn’t be suitable for anyone unless you need a quick stop to lie down.

No air-conditioning, so imagine how it was at 35c. Hours before checking in i was notified about how to check my self in, cause there is no reception. Very inconvenient. I don't recommend this place.

I write this with great disappointment and frustration. This hotel visit was a nightmare for our family. We booked and paid in advance and announced that we would arrive at 1 pm, but were greatly delayed due to traffic. When we arrived – tired, hungry and with two small children – we were greeted by a boarded-up hotel. Even though the booking said that the reception would be open until 8 pm, everything was closed and no one could be reached. We stood out there without any help and were forced to book a new hotel that evening, at more than double the price. It wasn’t until three hours later that someone contacted us from the hotel and said that they had closed earlier because the staff had fallen ill – something we were never informed about in advance. We were offered to either return the next day, get a refund or a free night. We accepted the "free night", but it quickly turned out to be empty words – we were only allowed to move our stay to the day after, which we had already paid for. When we tried to connect again and explain how we experienced the situation, they completely stopped. This isn't just bad Service - it's disrespectful and undignified. Leaving a family with children without any help, without access to accommodation, and then refusing to respond to messages… I could never have believed that a hotel could treat its guests this way. I just want to warn others: do not book this hotel. It's not worth the risk.

Friendly staff,Prayer room but no AC on the property.Very clean place.Location it’s very close to busy street which makes a lot of noise.
