Fantastic hotel in the middle of Sarajevo. A short walk to the old town. Verty forthcoming and pleasant employees.

We got a room with a toilet that had a broken flush device. We complained everyday, got a minor fix, but that still meant we had to flush several times to make 2’s go down. Also, the coffee in the room never got refilled, not 4 stars to me. Also, we were on our honeymoon and we’re questioned if we really had made the correct choice when booking a king size room. I doubt straight couples get that question. Also having to complain all the time about the toilet that never got fixed was very annoying, aside from the fact that we were given such a room to begin with. Because the toilet’s flushing device was already broken when we got the room — so it feels particularly frustrating to be given the “problematic room” on one’s honeymoon. We are staying in another problematic room at Marriott Skopje and obviously it’s not what we envisioned for our honeymoon. It does not feel like Marriott is empowering us, quite the opposite.

The location and access is good, the rooms are nice, restaurant on top floor is great! Loved it. Breakfast is good 👍

Pleasant Stay In Very Good Location

Had a very nice stay here. Room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Hotel was in a good location, and service was good. The only hiccup was that there was no water one night, but that was due to the city turning it off for a whole day, not anything the hotel did. The hotel actually fixed it somehow by switching over to hotel reserves so even this they had a solution for. I would definitely stay here again.
