Does not pay

My experience at the hotel had two sides. On the one hand, the hotel was clean and the staff who served us at night was extremely attentive. On the other hand, the room was in bad condition, with many marks of moisture around the door, which caused a pretty negative impression.
In addition, the breakfast left much to be desired. There were few options, and the lack of education of the employees was remarkable. In addition, there was no coffee available on schedule, which demonstrates a basic fault in the Service.

Like a grave, beautiful on the outside but little life!

The staff are always cranky. Doesn't laugh, if at all. Rules nothing (only gives ticket from the taxi company and figure it out) in room 408 cockroaches, had a lot of trouble from children's screams and parents who are noisily on the phone until midnight. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside but when the people who work there walk around full of arrogance then you don't know what Welcoming is. The ‘lower’ staff was sweet and very just - in green polo shirts - the rest really should go to a European 1 star hotel there they learn more Welcoming. Or they need a new general manager who sits there for his people instead of the shareholders apparently. Have been hotel manager of 3 and 4 star hotels for 15 years.

Comfort in the centre of Anápolis

New hotel in the centre of Anapolis. New facilities, small room, but well equipped and working perfectly. Comfortable and spacious bed. The breakfast was very varied and had several options, including typical Goiás. The location is easy to access, being in a quieter area of the centre, not so close to street commerce, I think it is the best hotel in the neighborhood. It would be the first option for accommodation in Anápolis with quality and cost benefit.

Bad experience

All bad. Slow check-in. Delayed check-out. Bad breakfast. Raw fruits, tasteless coffee, hard bread, etc. Restaurant terrible service. Everything took a long time, we had to stay behind the service. It was clear that everyone was working unwillingly. Stinky accommodation.
