Always good. But it can improve.

Good hotel, we have stayed there several times. Good beds, good bed linen and pillows, good cleaning of the rooms. Need to improve the bath towels, currently of poor quality, look "dirty". It is necessary to invest a little more in the quality of service: the likely owner of the hotel accesses kitchen and breakfast area without a shirt; another is alone in the reception lying on the couch seeing his cell phone; receptionist of the evening does not know how to handle TV channel requests; the replacement of the good served breakfast items is quite slow. As optional of eggs, only the mixed. Speaking of TV, if it rains on your stay and you need to stay in the hotel, the boredom is installed, forget about varied channels: they are exclusively Globo, SBT, a Kids channel, a sports one, a Cinemax and nothing more. If you want another one, you will have to dispute the release of a single channel with the other guests. Better read a book or look at the beautiful sea landscape from the balcony, which is still beautiful, despite the buildings that grow like plague all over the city, including the stones on the edge. There is no meal or drink service in the pool. If you want something, you'll have to go after someone at the hotel. Nobody's gonna go to you. Summary: nice place to stay, but a little more of professionalism, comfort and TV would be very welcome. You risk being overly familiar, which is a step towards carelessness.

Great location, nice staff, great breakfast, beautiful sea view from both the rooms and the pool. Ample and secure parking, super quiet place, close to the center, next to the beach of Costa Azul and Black Sand, recommend.

The best view of Iriri.

The structure of the hotel is very good: bedrooms, bathrooms, bed and bath linen, leisure area. The view is incredible. The service is out of 10, everyone is very friendly and attentive.
Only the breakfast left something to be desired due to the delay in restocking it.

Very good hotel, everything is clean, polite staff, everything as advertised, my first time, I really liked it, I hope to come back again, I recommend it, it's worth it, it's really beautiful, thank you the pillows are soft, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning cools perfectly, everything is very good
