Horrible I do not recommend

Horrible hotel, dirty, with works a real chaos, bad service, can not be called a hotel if it was free would be expensive, I regret every minute that I stayed in this hotel before asking for cancellation, dirty room, two single mattresses in the double bed, renovation in front of the suite, the air had no way to breathe from so much dust, me and my son with asthma had a very bad time, all the bathroom dirty and broken, finally asked for cancellation, I regretted every second that I stayed there before the cancellation, bad service.

Hotel with great location, quite simple but meets many expectations.
Coffee, lunch and dinner with great menus.
Second time I'm staying and intend to come back more often.

The hotel is simple, but very good! Everything very clean, comfortable and with excellent service. The location is perfect, close to the entrance of the Basilica, which makes it much easier for those who walk.
Meals in the hotel itself are a delight, well prepared. We felt welcomed and very well received.
Important: always make your reservation through trusted websites to avoid trouble and ensure a good experience.
We will definitely return and recommend!

My daughter Ana Paula booked the hotel in August for November 15 for family trip and is a week just canceled our reservation indignantooo lack of consideration with we do not recommend to anyone this hotel and we can not find another just canceled our trip
