MUITO BOM. ACONCHEGANTE

Hotel próximo a beira mar. Novo. Bem aconchegante. Preço bom. Bem localizado. Maravilhoso atendimento e café da manha. Passei uma virada de ano excelente. Próximo a orla principal de Aracaju. E aos melhores pontos da orla.

Horrível

Pior hotel que já fiquei,parece um labirinto,ou melhor um hospital que foi transformado em hotel,assustador, sem contar que chegamos ao hotel as 15:00 já,não tinha quarto disponível, sendo que já estava feita a reserva, a noite por volta de umas 22:00 um casal começou a maior briga no quarto ao lado,avisei a recepção a briga se estendeu até umas 02:00 É hotel não tomou nenhuma providência, outros hóspedes tbm reclamação,somente pela manhã qdo fui pessoalmente e disse que provavelmente o quarto da briga estaria todo quebrado,foi que eles se preocuparam. Péssimo, horrível não indico esse hotel,não voltaria lá nem q fosse o último a ter vaga.

muitas coisas quebradas

os funcionários são muito solicitos e atenciosos, porem o hotel esta em estado precario, fiquei em um quarto onde não havia janela, e o ar condicionado não funcionava, a maçaneta do quarto saia na mão quando ia fechar a porta, o banheiro mal conservado, chuveiro ou era pelano ou era frio e a agua barrenta, me informaram que tinham problemas com ferrugem na agua, a agua da piscina estava suja, o cafe da manha era servido em copo descartavel, peguei bolo azedo duas vezes, o elevador fazia um barrulho que parecia que ia cair a qualquer momento, em fim, a localização e uma coisa boa deste hotel, recomendo so pra quem vai usá-lo para dormir como foi meu caso.

Descaso com turistas

Hotel bem limitado em relação aos serviços oferecidos. Funcionários despreparadas. Mobília velha, portas danificadas... No café da manhã poucas opções. Não possuem sequer colher a disposição dos hóspedes.

tudo enganação

pra começar as fotos deste hotel no site da CVC estão desatualizadas,é um lixo de hotel,mal conservado,escuro,piscina sem atrativos,móveis velhos,café da manhã ruim,funcionários mal vestidos, ambiente todo marrom e escuro,quartos feios e sem comodidade,frigobar antigo, fedendo a mofo,o chaveiro da porta é de lata,não tem restaurante,barulhento,uma porcaria de hotel.
