GOOD.

I find funny the comments people come here to leave. They want a 5-star hotel, services of excellence and do not want to pay. Want Luxury Pay. They want comfort and glamour. People complaining even of the internet? People!! Hire a good plan with your operator. I am a travel agent and for the second time I stay in this hotel. Attentive staff, super acceptable coffee within the rate that I allow to pay, great location and a good room. The hotel needs only a few small repairs in the rooms. In addition, it is all right, within the values and category that the hotel ranks.

Well located in Aracaju.

Hotel with a wonderful location. In front of the city shore.
Ideal for a good weekend with couples or friends.
Hotel, 3* with some details to improve.
Especially the lack of staff on weekends and holidays.
It is an ideal hotel for a few days and enjoy the night.

I saw many critics to the hotel and I was afraid of what would happen, of course each has their own experience, but mine was without problems, a hotel that meets what a family needs on the beach, clean room, well served cafe and excellent location.

Lack of empathy with customers.

My experience at the hotel was a mix of satisfaction and deep indignation. On the one hand, the facilities are clean, the breakfast is great and the reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel policy and management attitude leave much to be desired in hospitality.
There was a configuration error in the booking made by the agency (triple room for 4 people), and while trying to solve a simple situation, we found a wall. We were told that the hotel could not do anything to adjust the room, not even put an extra mattress, claiming that 'they couldn't change the setup'. Curiously, when I suggested buying an inflatable mattress on my own, they said that there would be no problem I move in the room, only they would not.
It is disappointing to see a hotel preferring the guest to sleep on the floor or go through this disorder rather than seeking a proactive solution. Mistakes happen, but the lack of willingness of management to help customers who have paid the full value is deplorable. They have lost the chance to trust a family for pure bureaucratic inflexibility."
